So I found on Facebook someone selling botcon/TFCC figures so I bought a couple for my G2 and Action Master shelves


But the more interesting thing was the name on the shipping label.

I’m not kidding. I think I bought Pete Sinclair’s old botcon figs.

 

Wheeljack is a bit of a "smooth-talker"...

"Hey, not fair! Why did you get to have that badass, big energy shield while I only got this primitive, bulky metal shield instead?
"Ehh.......Oh! this energy shield isn't properly tested in any actual battle situations yet actually. For a highly-skilled fighter like you, it's always better to use a piece of primitive but usable equipment in a battle rather than experimental, untested equipment that could backfire on you at any seconds."



"That's not fa....... oh wait, you kinda have a point."
"Let me have some further testing on this energy shield first, then you shall be able to use it in a safer way later on, ok?

My girlfriend suggest we try to set up something in the garage for better battle scenes this weekend. It's a little crowded in there right now but maybe we can get something going.

There's been harsh criticisms of his financial practices, don't quote me on that because I've only seen second hand complaints from other board members nothing citable. However, if he's selling off his personal BotCon stuff then that might lend credit to the idea...

"This is a COG, also known as the 'Coordinated Operation Grunt-unit". Developed initially as the mass-produced grunt units for the Autobots, it was designed as a Weaponizer-type bot that boasts the ability to disassembly itself to form bigger, more badass weapons for other bots.... which should be interesting. Today, I'm going to review this bot and showcases all of its interesting quirks and features; And then, I'll deploy this bot in a battlefield simulation to see how well it performs in a battle.
