Has anyone tried adding battle masters blowpipe or aimless to er starscream ? I’m thinking the colors might make a good addition to him.

if not does anyone have good upgrade ideas for him possibly shapeways ideas / weapons / upgrades.

just trying to fill up the ports on him and max out the great figure

The blue and grey colors are different but still look cool in my opinion. I love the battlemaster/targetmaster gimmick but wish there were more variety. If they repainted/ remodel some here and there, I'd buy. Give me some decorated in megatron colors, starscream, soundwave, heck load up everybody, we'll after they finish the original targetmasters properly.

 

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah it seams like the blue is a bit off but which one in your opinion is the better fit aimless or blowpipe. And any chance you can upload a pic of him plugged into the random top center port in alt mode.

 

I would but my last starscream I transformed ended up with stress marks on the peg holes on his legs so I'm not transformerming this one until I mod it. Honestly though, I prefer aimless as he would look better just for having symmetrical barrels. It's a shame the titans return target masters triggerhappy, misfire, and slugslinger didn't even get a peg hole in their alt modes.

I’m actually thinking of getting missiles that resemble the real f-15 from shape ways. They should fit the ports right ?

I’ll update you guys when the load out comes in. I apologize for the spam but I have not been this excited over a single tf in quite sometime.

to me siege was A typical tf line that I was so so about. I know a lot of people have their gripes but to me the earthrise series really have several mini mp level sculpts ( minus the articulation, die cast and accessories I know )

I can’t even imagine what is coming up in the next installments of this trilogy. Speaking of when does the Netflix toon premier

Who knows. Shapeways is such a crapshoot. I vowed never to buy from them again.

If you have the Nitro Zeus / Thundercracker / KSI Boss molds, you could try their missile accessories. They seem tight because the ports are undersized on those figures; they do have proper 5mm pegs. However, they don't come in Starscream gray and may be a little small for ER Starscream.

and I think I’ll get one of the battle masters to fit in his center 5mm port when in alt mode. Prob blowpipe. I’m liking him more than aimless at the moment

 

Yeah, there's white, black, and i think dark gray.

I was thinking about maybe making some resin copies in Starscream gray but I'm running out of cleaning supplies (thank you coronavirus people from buying all the isopropyl alcohol on store shelves).
