looking for a ss shockwave has anyone in the chicago area seen him in stores

 

I saw one at the Rosemont Target yesterday.

 

I'm not even going inside Target's or Walmart's these days. Just not worth the risk of contracting anything or being at the mercy of a stranger's unhinged mindset.

 

Hey, just curious guys, what with illinois being on lockdown...my state isn't yet...what is it like? What are you allowed to do? And not do?

Honestly, it's really just codifying the social distancing stuff that we've already been doing and putting force of law behind it. Nonessential businesses need to shut down, most of which have already done so anyway, but restaurants are still open for takeout, for instance. Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, some hardware stores, and a few other types of businesses are still able to operate, though many are observing shorter hours (ie not staying open until midnight). Obviously, government and medical services are still operating (no libraries, though).

We're still perfectly able to go out and buy groceries and pick up prescriptions and such. Even a walk in the park isn't really prohibited. Unless you're planning on holding a big public event or refusing to close down your handmade candle storefront, I truly don't think it's something to worry too much over. No cop is going to come up to you and give you a hard time for walking your dog or picking up some snacks. I'm lucky enough to be working for a company that allows me to work from home, so we haven't had to cease operations and lay off anyone, which I know is the big concern for some.

I think that's the gist of it - feel free to chime in, anyone, if I missed something!

 

Stopped at Walmart for water. Nothing new on toy shelves but At least we have something to look forward to in Illinois when this is (hopefully) over.

 

Anyone interested in buying Transformers Titaniums, Transformers Prime, Power Core Combiners, or Dark of the Moon figures by the set? Moving in a few months and going to get rid of stuff I won't have out on display anymore. Trying to sell as sets though

 

Found a set of the newest SS deluxes at Target on Touhy.

 

On my pilgrimage to find TP I also spotted 2 full sets of the latest SS deluxe wave (Jeep B, Jet Shatter & Roadbuster) at the Silvis Walmart. I bought a set and left a set. Will have to continue wiping my ass with the shower curtain.

 

That really says something when a brand new wave of Studio Series scalper bait is more easy to find than toilet paper lol. Anyway, glad you found them, and stay safe man!

So here was an oddity from target today. At first I thought it was a repack job but red alerts body is still in the factory plastic ties and the tape seemed factory too. Seems like a lot of effort just to replace the head
