Anyone know how I could get in contact with Devil Saviour to get a replacement screw cover piece for Split's crotch? Mine is lost, either by me or the guy who sold me Split. Circled in red here in case anyone doesn't know what part I'm talking about.

Other than the missing piece I'm really liking this figure so far. Complicated, but there's a lot to like once you figure out how everything works.

Why does the left hand (bombe?) on this one look like bonecrusher instead of Scavenger/Scrapmetal?

Don't get me wrong, he's a neat design, but it seems like a weird arbitrary change.

Watch the actual transformation in the film. It's not "Scrapmetal" as he was sacrificed to save Megatron.

I don't know if anyone has said this already, cos i'm not sifting through a 113 page thread to find any mention of it, but i'm gonna be calling the little bulldozer dude "Buckethead" after the Con of the same name from the Universe Micromaster Devastator set, that i believe was the Scrapper analogue in that set.

Scrapmetal himself is an "arbitrary change".

I am not committed to complete these but ordered Split as he is in scale with masterpieces and looks great. Definitely would pick up the Smasher and Harpoon dude if they are also in scale with MPM 4/6/8 at least. Others, i will have to see.

That's a good idea. I'm thinking of calling him Gravedigger after this guy.

I personally prefer to call the little bulldozer "Skipjack".

if you can't handle Devastator at its worst, you don't deserve devastator at its best

Its a part of the design and from a scene that's a meme. You should have expected that when you walked into this thread.

If there's more to Transformers than giant swinging balls made of solid steel, I'm sure we would have heard about it on these forums.

The balls are something that I think people get way more offended by then they should. Lowbrow? Sure, but it's a ten-second scene, if that, in a two and a half hour movie. A short scene like that for a dumb gag shouldn't ruin anything.

Like myself, I used to be mad at it just because it was easy to make fun of despite me really liking ROTF. But nowadays I think about how it bothers me and it just doesn't. It's to the point now that I am glad this set as them and I wouldn't mind some sort of upgrade set for the SS version.

I still chuckle and think it’s a creative use of vehicle integration- what does that say about me?!

*Please don’t actually tell me what you think of me after that statement.

I think it makes you mature enough to accept that there is no harm in laughing at crude humor and know that taking things to seriously is bad.

Look, I'm 32 years old and still laugh at farts, so I'm not gonna pretend I'm holier than thou about some wrecking balls.
