I’m sure they’ll be mixed as usual. Some elements will just be used for ease or personal taste. So like yeah, he’ll probably have a flatter chest. But, also very likely, it’ll have nice sculpting and so will the individual bots. And this set look great. And very different from majority of the competition.

Maybe they'll borrow the potp idea. Whether or not the limbs sucked, I think hasbro did some pretty good torsos. It was the arms and feet they messed up really

Yeah there are some good things with the PotP one. Maybe it wouldn’t be totally borrowed cause that’s not how Abominus works. But the CW stuff is pretty inclusive. If it wasn’t for wanting to mix and match, they could make pretty perfect combiners.

As torsos, sure (excluding the lack of waist rotation). Unfortunately they often suffered in their other modes.

Yeah, I'll agree with that. But, they're also 30 bucks. Which is the worst part. It's a shame the designers arent given greater budgets. Which is why I think mmc could pull off better combiners that are all in one.

Can't wait for the rest of the team. My add-on kit is also still in transit after the Chinese factories reopened.

Just placed an order for Incursus. Probably not the best time but also a good time to get a nice fun new figure.

I think getting a new toy during this time can be good for the ol' mental health. So you do you. I like him much more in person than I thought I would based on pics. Also he's huuuuge. 15859336823758459025268367538677.jpg

This is actually a proven exercise. While it can go too far, "retail therapy" can be very healing when you are down.

It's crazy how much I like Onslaught. Based on the reviews I watched, I expected him to be my least favorite by far. He easily photographs the worst out of the three that are out, and his proportions do suffer a bit compared to the others, but he is just such an imposing brute and so much fun to mess around with in all his modes. The integration of the upgraded combiner feet into all his modes is crazy fun too.

He's an amazing torso, probably the best 3P combiner torso I own.

He's a figure that REALLY looks better when you make sure to use the ab crunch. It helps break up the monolithic block of the torso.

I think it really helps to leave the hip skirts flipped up as well, the silver being exposed helps give a visual illusion that the waist is thinner than it is.

I recently got POTP Elita 1 in the mail and somehow, despite the figures many rough edges and junk in the trunk jet mode, I am enjoying her immensely. Usually I am always spending on some new figure or thing and the slow down has given me time to enjoy figures a lot more before having a new one to feel obligated to also spend time enjoying, and then of course there is the difficulty of trying to integrate multiple new figures into a fairly small collection shelf area. So yeah. Helps to have this hobby and collection to go back and delve into with more time at home. Cup half full and all that.

Wow, I think I agree with that.
