Wow! What a simple transformation and he looks great. I would’ve liked a more prominent scorpion tail more akin to Bonecrusher’s fork but it’s perfectly fine. This guy must really be huge if he truly makes Devastator that much bigger.

 

Sculpt and transformation look great... but are his windows seriously unpainted? Come on, Hasbro, that's just dropping the ball.

But seriously, these sculpts deserve way better paint, and at least basic minimal details like WINDOWS being picked out. Hopefully a future box set gives us a better paint job.

 

It’s even weirder, the right side is painted, the left is bare. Literally half a job. Hopefully it’s like the early ER grey hands Optimus pics and they fix it before release.

 

The white paint apps around his eyes makes it look like he fell asleep in the sun wearing shades XD

 

Maybe it's an early prototype? Maybe the final product will have the windows filled in and if not, it shouldn't be too difficult to paint

The leader figure was a major disappointment.
I don't think they would release each bot on it's own, so they'd probably release them in a boxed set. All but Stormreign would probably be deluxes, in order to keep the price down, and to make room for a partsforming tail and wings, hopefully. This would make him $300ish, as he would probably be a Hasbro Pulse exclusive. If does end up being made, and is the standard titan price of $180, we're going to have some thin, plastic figures on our hands.

 

So the neck piece can be removed? Hallelujah!

 

isn't this one of the Youtubers that *always* get figures very early, ie they are factory rejects or even mold tests? couldn't that explain the paint errors?

 

Wait... people thought that it couldn't be removed? How was it going to be placed over Mixmaster otherwise?

 

I am not sure why it wasn't included with Mixmaster, it's not a large Voyager...

 

He already barely fits in his box in addition to the truck cabin. Besides, most of us are getting the Constructicons as a set rather than individually. So most Mixmaster buyers will also be getting Overload and the rest of the gang.
