My Target preorder arrived today. Once I’m done with No No Kuni. I’ll start this one.

I am royally pissed with Amazon.ca right now. Both this and the Kingdom Hearts game I pre-ordered have indicated they shipped since the 21st, but Canada Post status updates are only that the electronic information was sent by the shipper for the past 6 days. I get that one needs to prioritize life essentials, but why bother charging me and saying they shipped when they clearly haven't? And on top of that if I don't get them by the 4th of April what exactly am I supposed to do? I don't want to cancel, but I don't want to be out 180$ with taxes for two video games. And another thing, where the hell are my Earthrise Cliffjumper and Wheeljack? Amazon.ca Pre-Order system is beginning to look worse and worse all the time. They better not cancel any of my Black Series 40th Empire figures or I'm going to institute Amazon's Death Notice for any future orders.

 

Nook's got my ass running ragged. I had to craft enough to furnish three houses.

 

That was a pain. If you have a diy work station take it with you. It helps.

 

Really happy to be playing this series again, especially since I've gotten the GF addicted to it as well. The Able Sisters store opens tomorrow which has me excited. I love the small details, like seeing the villagers sing together, or drinking soda, or working out. Goose was even wearing a track suit jacket and sporty shades this afternoon and doing stretches in the town square.


As I said, I've been loving this game, but I do have some complaints. For example, has anyone else been feeling like a lot is missing from the previous releases? Half the fruit are gone (banana, mango, durian, lemon, etc), there's no mention of Redd or paintings at all, no Kapp'n, no swimming, and i've noticed a half dozen other small details here or there that are gone (like being able to see what a wall paper or flooring looks like before you purchase it).

There's definitely some repetition as well as I've had Wisp and Gulliver appear twice each over the last week and their task is basically the same thing (ie collect 5 things)

These are just complaints of course, im definitely loving the game.

 

What time does Wisp appear? I have yet to see him.

Bunny day starts today. Start hunting those eggs!

 

Fucking hate this easter event. All I dig, fish, and find attatched to balloons are those damn eggs.

 

I'm ready to murder that fuckin bunny if would end this damn bunny day event. Nintendo really should have made the eggs an uncommon occurance. Way too many eggs. This is only Day 2 of the event and Im already tired of it.

 

Bunny day events has major backlash on the sites. Many people angry over not catching fish plus they can't get the cherry blossoms sets that you can only get in balloons for 3 weeks due to all the bunny balloons and new players can't get their houses payed off with all the eggs everywhere and on top of that there's a "3000 balloon" glitch making trouble where balloons no longer appear sometimes for some players!

They really should have kept this one day only. It was fun that first day and now I just want to get some fish to pay my loan off.

Note "middle size" fish are more known to be eggs over small and large but they can be eggs also. They show up on mystery islands also so beware!

Hope Nintendo keeps the holidays events to one day from this point on or let us "turn it off".

 

Animal Crossing New Horizons fans react to Bunny Day.

 

I tried trapping the little crap by digging holes around him and putting fencing around him but he still manages to get out.

I'm having a good time collecting the Bunny Day Recipes and even going to set up a Bunny Day outdoor event with the items by town hall on the 12th.

Eggs I get that I don't need to craft, I just sell. Got the rest of the month to get the April fish and bugs. Already caught half.

Recently I expanded my house, built a ramp, Dobie was my first camper and moved in which is great, found the bamboo island again and crafted lots of the spring bamboo DIYs and even found the money rock island.

Just popping balloons atm for the Cherry Blossom items.
