I hope no one is getting hyped over that CE it literally means China Export. The number below starting with a B would make me think thats the batch code encase it needs a recall or if X amount of toys come back faulty they can look at that code and trace it to the factory. the 543 I'm going to stand by my guns and still say it's something internal to the factory like a QC number.

If people want to keep it as it's special. Cool I guess it's your toy. Just dont throw it on Ebay thinking you'll get more money for it then any regular release.

So its not a authentic Toys R us exclusive Starscream? They put a knockoff in the blister packaging? and slipped it in a Toy R Us box? Is that what you're saying?

most products have a CE on them somewhere, because most products are made in China. Even official ones.

If you're lucky, they are made in China. If not, they are made in Vietnam.

As a collector, I wouldn't pay extra for this "rare" mark.

This holds more value than an ordinary one to the right collector.
    You lucked out.

This. Some people may value it more, some may not. It all depends on the collector. I'd say, if you like it and think it's a unique little addition to your collection, hang on to it. If you don't care for it, paint over it or sell it. It doesn't have to be about making a fortune on it.
