Wow. My target looks pretty hood compared to that. That does it, I'm convinced my area sucks compared to the rest of the world. No one stocks anything here. If they do they get gobbled up faster than they can keep up with.
LMAO....no kidding. The Rocksteady and Bebop sitting there on the shelf tells me that it’s nowhere close to where I live
Question, I've been coming across these NECA circular clear tube things that I guess are for storing a figure in. Are they any good? Just curious since they're $10 a piece (not that I can afford them right now).
There were at least 4 of these guys at a target: So I’m assuming people are getting them now? Not a NECA person, but I remember a lot of people wanting these guys.
It seems like they are starting to trickle back in some places finally...still hard to come by, though. Post your finding in your local sightings thread if you haven't already!
They’ve definitely made some effort to put more out. I still can’t find them out anywhere around here, but there have been lots of reports of more showing up in different areas, and the prices on the secondary market seem to have dropped at least a little. I wish Target would put some more back up for order, on the website. Both times they showed up back in stock on the website a couple weeks ago, they sold out almost instantly.
Do you need boiling water to get the tails on the Godzilla figures? My sister's boyfriend gave me the Godzilla vs King Kong Godzilla as a feel better soon gift, I've had a bit of a flu for the last few days. Turned the sink to as hot as it could get, filled a cup and left his tail in there for 20 seconds, and it refused to attach. Tried again with more hot water, left it in for a couple minutes, still nothing. Do I need hotter water or am I just too weak?
I had to use boiling water for my Legendary Burning Godzilla's tail. Held it in there for about 15 to 20-seconds.
I would avoid using boiling water. I'd try putting a hair dryer on the section of the tail that receives the ball joint.
Is there any harm to using boiling water? I saw the first post recommending in and went ahead, and the tail went in fairly smooth. Did this possibly damage the figure?
Don't use hot water. I used it on my G19 and some paint rubbed off when I used a napkin to dry the water.
