So far, all of the Ocular Max Perfection Series figures I have I really love(Springer, Arcee and Mirage). I'll probably get MP-51 and what ever potential Mirage they release, as well as that TE Mirage, but I doubt I'll get rid of these guys any time soon

 

Lord Scorpion. I'd only replace him with a Voyager. I don't have room for Titans, so I appreciate his size. He's basically a deluxe head master  

 

it will be the characters i don't care enough about (like FT Sovereign...pretty sure i wont care if takara makes a better one), or ones where the 3P is arguably better (Ft willis for one seemingly MMC's Arcee) or where first party would never do (like mmc's tapes that don't fit in mp soundwave). The FT dibots aren't going anywhere since takara ain't gonna committ to a full set of dinos. same for most combiners i think. i love XTB's stunticons and those likely will be forever bots because nobody else is doing them in the right size unless takara...well you know...they'll never do them...then again, never say never....they are doing raiden aren't they? most purchases are cherished these days (i don't do random buys of stuff i don't like that much anymore).

 

Maketoys Green Giant - I have an irrational attachment to that guy as "my" Devastator.

MMC Big Diccus and Turben - there is unlikely to be a "better" Whirl and Roadbuster duo any time soon so they are safe.

MMC Spartan is also safe as the Head of my Wreckers. The Siege one has his own smaller-scaled team of Wreckers to flex with.

PE Warden is likewise unlikely to be topped so he's secure as IDW Max for as long as He wants to be.

Toyworld Infinitor has his own Marvel shelf so he stays.

All the Maketoys Cross Dimension stuff is also safe forever. I just wish they would give me their Galvatron.

The Fansproject Insects and Headmaster's are likewise not going anywhere - all too good to ever need replacing. Also their Dinobots.

So that's a few Allstars that even the current levels of Siege/Earthrise won't be making redundant.

I dont see myself parting with Carnifex. I do have the TR leader but he's chilling out with Siege Spinister and Apeface while Carnifex is wreaking havoc in my Last Stand Of The Wreckers display. And speaking of that Wreckers display, Spartan isnt going anywhere either.

Ft dinobots, gigapower dinobots, jx winged dragon and planet x vulcun because i dont think hasbro is willing to make anything as good as these. Not that hastak cant, it's just that they won't. Now that i think about it mmc carnifex and perfect effect mega doragon are also irreplaceable as well.

 

I generally do not buy "placeholders" because I feel that is just a waste of money. So I don't intend to sell anything I buy when it comes to Masterpiece TF's. I'd say 98% of what I have I plan to keep. I'm happy with my most of my purchases. The 2% I sell because either they don't fit with my collection or not what I thought they would be.

 

Carnifex, ordin and hexatron at least.
