Are we no longer able to delete gift card usage from an order? My order doesnt ship until September and id rather use my $7 on something else.

 

Unless something has changed, my experience asking customer service, you have to cancel the order to free up the gift card funds that was applied.

 

for years, you could uncheck the "Applied" box, right under the card change button.

Im on the line with CS but, he doesn't understand.

EDIT: its fucked up so, they are giving me $5.

And for some reason, they gave me $8.02.

From when I started myself it was January 8 thereabouts. From then I missed one actual shipment of the figure (preorder not fulfilled) and now currently have the figure shipping from Indiana of all places, due Wednesday still (some of you are going to give me a heart attack with the continuation of the cancellation notices).

 

If it actually started to ship you should be good. I also ordered on January 8th, and have Prime. I think the amount of stock they received was less than expected and delayed. My hope is they continue to receive some more stock and I have the chance to snag another order.

 

Got a shipping notice this morning, Amazon shipped Manga vol. 1.

Just snagged Soundbarrier for $6. We'll see if it's actually him that shows up.

 

My $6 Amazon Soundbarrier is getting delivered today, I’ll let you know how it turns out.

 

Just ordered mine it'll be here Friday. I'm fairly confident it'll be Soundbarrier since the listing updated to a proper image of the figure and very late last night Amazon charged me for the rest of the Earthrise figures, those haven't shipped yet.

 

Any link or did you have it preordered? To me its only showing overpriced 3rd party sellers.

 

Siege Astrotrain has been pushed back again until March 14th, I am starting to think I'm never going to get this toy.

 

Just order the Earthrise one that's available now on Hasbro Pulse.

 

I had him saved in my wishlist, where he was listed at $20 or whatever. But I noticed there was a "third party" for $6. I checked and noticed it was Amazon and ordered.

 

When I ordered mine there were 6 left, by the time I checked out there were only 3

 

I used a gift card to pay for him, so technically he isn't costing me anything right now. So having to pay for something that is already paid for is a hard pill for me swallow.

 

Ahhhhh, totally understandable then.

 

I mean if Amazon had the Earthrise one in stock at the same price I would cancel the order on the Siege one, get the gift card refunded and then just use that to order the Earthrise one but, that one is about $25 dollars more expensive so I'm kind of stuck.
