Menasor. They started with his limbs then just dropped it. I could've attached those to one of the many 3P MP Motormasters out there right now and had myself a cheap MP Menasor.

I made a part that pegs into the ports on OS Rook's shoulders that has a pair of 5mm handles that fit into CW Groove's fists.

Anybody know if the Wei Jiang KO Predaking set is any good? I used to have their Superion set but it was crap. Especially compared to Jet Commander, which to me is as good as legit TF toys.

The set I had was based on Uranos. Except Slingshot was replaced by a space shuttle.

 

Yep I have that set and it is horrible!! I am still looking for a Superion that doesnt suck or cost a billion dollars..

 

Jet Commander is awesome. The Wei Jiang or whatever it was set I had was like something you'd find in a damn dollar store. And the arms couldn't move unless you detached and reattched them in the new position.

I got Jet Commander for 125 bucls from TFsource.

 

I dont know man, I was considering getting the JJ-02 Jet commander but my OCD is stopping me from getting it because of those damn fake painted cockpit windows.. I do like the price though ,but I kinda wish Jinbao would do a version at a reasonable price like there Devi..
I am a hardcore Jinbao fan right now and have all there combiners to date!!

 

I personally have no problem with the canopies except for Slingshot's orange canopy looking weird against the rest of them. I repainted it to match.

Plus the upgrade parts I got from Ultraman Zoffy really improve the look of the combined mode's legs. Though I am still trying to figure out a way to incorporate the thigh armor parts on Silverbolt.

 

Zeta Kronos doesn't suck and it doesn't cost a billion dollars. JJ-02 also doesn't suck and it's cheap. They aren't bad options at all, especially if you can't afford anything else (which I can definitely relate to).

 

I never said Zeta's Superion sucks at all.. As a matter of fact I mentioned up above in one of the replies that I wanted to purchase the Zeta Combiner sets but they are a little out of my price range at this moment.I kinda wish they were about half the price that they are now or at least about $100.00 cheaper. I have kids and a wife so there needs come first and if I am lucky nothing bogus comes up like car repairs or doctors visits or this or that I get to set some money aside for my self which takes for ever to save up around $400 just to blow on a O/S toy for my self LOL..

Unfortunately I have the most horrible luck and something always seems to go wrong or pops up and I am stuck having to pay for this or that.  
Its much easier getting to the price point of around $150-$250 where Jinbao , Wei-jiang , and Black Mamba combiners lays as price is concerned.
The only issue is its kinda slim pick'ins as far as combiners go from those companies probably due to the fact that the Corona-Virus has slowed or halted the release of new "Figures and Combiner" sets.

 

I REALLY wanted the cartoon version of Kronos(Superitron I think?), I love the individual bots and combined form... Except I refuse to pay half a paycheck for any toy, and I really dislike that Silverbolt plugs into a giant torso for combined form.

If there were a way to attach parts to Slingshot and Skydive in arm mode to make their thighs look like proper biceps, I would call Jet Commander perfect. As it is, even without the parts I got from you, at least 7.5-8 out of 10. And it is MUCH cheaper pricewise.

Not knocking your opinion or or the toy, just giving my opinion.

 

No worries, I can pretty much make my toys do anything or look however I want, so I have no strong opinions about any toy, really. =P

 

You wouldn't be spending half a pay check on 1 figure tho, it would be 5 seperate figures that you buy at once and combine.. but I get what your saying, I have the JJ set, but want the Zeta set. But can't pull the trigger. Maybe if I didn't buy the JJ set first, I dunno.
