Update: Made a 3rd hair part wearing my hat. On the ole toy aisle at Wal-Mart last week my kids shouted "Look, a daddy toy!" My wife got a laugh out of it and decided to buy it even though I sure didn't think it looked like me, even if I actually did have a single defined muscle. I decided to do a little work on it to make it look a little more like me. Ripped the hair off, shaved away all of the big muscles, sculpted a shirt on it, resculpted the wrestler tights to be pants, sculpted it 3 plug-in hair options for my usual daily looks, made tiny styrene glasses, and I sculpted a tiny Sixshot in gun mode for the figure to hold because that's my favorite Transformer. The symbols on the arm sides of my shirt are of two of my all-time favorite bands. Pretty dumb, but it happened. This one is a little bit embarrassing even to post... Actual me... Figure I made this thing from
You should have left the muscles, then you could tell everybody you had plastic surgery! Nice work, I can see the likeness.
Well done! A very good likeness. You also look right at home with those action heros that surround you!
Hey even the Power Rangers used to get buffed up when made into action figures...I don't see the problem here.
This is amazing!!! I wish I could make a sculpt of myself to stand alongside my figures haha. That's awesome man
Hey look! Superquad7 is in one of the photos, did you make a custom of him too? Also this is a great custom! The Sixshot is a great addition too, I can see why you would be embarrassed, But you shouldn’t be, It looks awesome!
This is brilliant. It's a great likeness, and the workmanship is impressive. And as a fellow dad, I love that your kids inspired you to do this. *snort!*
That's awesome! You should make an action figure of the action figure for when he gets tired of playing with Sixshot.
