Mmm, you have a point, I like the bird feet because are like in the original comics but having no spread articulation could be against the figure.

I still think it will be absolutely criminal of Hasbro if we don’t finally get a blue/Diaclone Bluestreak out of Earthrise Smokescreen, preferably in the Selects line.

Is the ER Smokescreen a new mold or is it using the Siege Datsun mold as a base?

I wish that number 80 on his doors could be changed to a number 38, and they would've painted the missile packs silver just to give him a more g1 look but oh well.

Especially with how rounded Smokescreen’s chest is, I instantly saw a similarity with RTS Jazz

Does Sky Lynx have any left/right movement in those neck joints? Not sure I\'ve seen pics showing that yet.

Oh I get what you're saying, but even that is different from releasing the same character 2 years in a row with inferior molding the first go-around. At least in my opinion.

I was really hoping that Sky Lynx head could open up to reveal a small cockpit appropriate for a Titan Master or Prime Master to fit in and I was hoping that his cargo was removable although I know the neck has to slide into somewhere 20200305_094405.jpg 20200305_094349.jpg
I guess I'll just hold out hope for a Titan Class Galaxy Shuttle one day Screenshot_20191004-175431_Google.jpg
Galaxy Shuttle was definitely bigger than Sky Lynx and Jetfire, RescueJean_captives_safe.jpg
Galaxy Shuttle if made really shouldn't be any smaller than Titan but a HUGE Commander Class could work if they hollow some spaces out to expand the overall size but keep the engineering and conversion simpler. As long as hes the biggest Space Shuttle / Flight vehicle there is, it should work.

Has to be bigger, larger, taller than Jetfire

that’s what everyone thought about Sunstreaker getting made out of Wheeljack and he got his own mold with some similar engineering but still a new mold.

I think jazz will have his own mold. There’s too many differences in his arms and legs to make him from smokescreen plus it depends on whether or not they wanna give him his door wings but considering how cartoon faithful they wanna make characters if he gets a new toy he’ll hide his doors. Plus that mold is gonna get milked for the other three that share his body

Jazz can always be repainted as G2 Jazz and Stepper/Ricochet.

I'm not a fan of this trend with clip on wheels either (if they have to be clip on, have it be the wheel pegging into the car), but this is thankfully an easy fix. You just pop off the wheel and then paint the tip of the peg black (even a sharpie will do).

thats what i thought. the potp figure wasnt great, think jazz deserves some love, even if its a complete re-shell like sunstreaker. i really think hasbro have put a lot of love into this line, but i dont think we'll be getting much G1 for a while after it which is probably a good thing. we're def in a golden age of chug collecting :)

You'll still have that gap in the center of the peg though, just less noticeable. I wonder if you can fill that center slot with some putty or styrene and then paint it?

There would need to be some creative re-molding on the legs to be accurate for Jazz, since his transformation uses the underside of the car, not the back windows. I want one that looks as good as the RTS version, Jazz is my #1 TF.
