Looks. Cool and instantly recognizeable to the show\'s model. Bot head does seem a tad big. Beast mode\'ss chest and abs looks like a pillow with no stomach below. Just nitpicks rly , somehow the shock value isnt there for me. I should be like ommfg its tigatron.
I think the hinge on the back of the gun is just to allow it to open up and have the barrel fold in. My best guess is it stores somewhere inside his chest as well.

Still looks great in both modes! We can see a few more compromises in beast mode but Im more than OK with them. It's a shame that he appear not to have an articulated jaw, the face plates (3? closed mouth, slightly open and wide open) are very welcome but it would be nice to have the extra expression the jaw gives. It's one of my favourite features of Dinobot. I'm still not a fan of the extra kibble on his armguards.. I understand why hew has it but it's not ideal. I think we can rule out the tail gun now. It's little disconcerting but this figure is far less compromised in beast mode than many others, if you're going to compromise parts they may as well be round the back and underneath. Plus... Exactly, I think people have majorly misunderstood you. The robot mode already has more kibble than Cheetor, I wouldn't want it to have any more just to fill out that belly area. I, and I think most collectors, like balance between the both modes (of which I'd say Tigatron has more than most) but the robot mode should take priority. It might just be the original MP-43's head and he doesn't come with it OR (and it does look to have an extra panel line on it) it could be a slightly remould head included as a pointless accessory I'll never use...sigh. I wonder if they'll give him swap out blue eyes for this scene? Also the cable had claws on the end in the show... so that's why.

I really really love the look of this guy, but can someone explain to me why it's so expensive? Isn't he just a much bigger cheetor in many ways, or am I missing something?
This is easily my most anticipated Transformers release this year, and my excitement grows every time we see new pics. The way the G1 MP line has been of late, put those guys on hold and focus on finishing the Season 1 Beast Wars characters.
Got my preorder in at the chosen prime. All i have to do is buy a cheetor to replace the one I sold and I'll be current (minus repaints and that lion that just came out)

I loved the Beast Wars show, when it was on, but never did get into the toys. When they started making them I decided early on I would skip the BW Masterpieces.... But this one is making me reconsider that.
Okay not so much as i would have thought, my initial thought was the computer model got upscaled and then reworked a bit. But seems a lot more than that happened.
