For a faithful figure, properly scaled, properly equipped with ALL legacy features, yes

SEE THAT SPREAD WITH THE DETAILED BACKGROUND? The one that Milne released the line art for... but see how good it looks fully colored in? How interesting it looks? How there's a bunch of stuff to follow and figure out? How detailed it is, and how that detail really conveys the scale of the structure? How the artist clearly put so much time and thought and effort into this image? (Bear in mind there's a chance dude did this in the hospital, while recovering from heart surgery)

THAT'S THE KIND OF SHIT BRIAN RUCKLEY WAS EXPECTING TO SEE WHEN HE SUBMITTED HIS SCRIPTS FOR ISSUES 1-5.

How much better would the main title have been if Milne did the art from the jump? Like, think about the difference between the flat-out craptacular reveal of the Winged Moon (which has a HUGE impact on the comic's plot) and Milne's loving rendition of this presumably unimportant power relay station? Imagine how Rubble's awe at beholding Cybertron's vistas would have been conveyed to us, the reader, if the vistas were actually rendered as such? Not just Milne either... I don't doubt that James Raiz, for example, would have done a better job with the reveal that the vista Rubble and Bee were standing on was an immersant Titan. Or EJ Su, or Don Figueroa, or Guido Guidi, or...

I don't think Angel Hernandez is an incompetent comic artist because his layouts are clear and you can easily follow his visual storytelling, but I don't think he's competent for the needs of a Transformers comic specifically tasked with establishing what Cybertron looked and felt like before the war ruined everything, especially when the scripts clearly are relying on the artist to bring a sense of splendor and magnificence. Like, seriously, would Ruckley have taken the pounding he did for the first five issues if a better artist had done them?

I never thought I'd ever see Cliffjumper and Deathsaurus sharing an elevator :lol

With that being said, in this continuity I can't help but think that Deathsaurus earned his name in one of Cybertron's past wars. I'm looking forward to seeing more of him as I wish I saw more of him in the last continuity. Plus Alex Milne draws him really well:rock

Fantastic art as always, Mr. Milne. Your artwork always amazes me, especially even those Energon comic covers you did. :buttrock

Honestly it blows my mind that they put Alex on the Terminator crossover instead of the mainline book...
