I think their stock sold out last month. I got Snaptrap and Skalor thru them ( british store)

 

i put the General Grant figure in the cart to see the shipping to Australia....

$49.00 to ship 1 figure

i will stick with Show Z and the other sellers with very low shipping charges

 

Was that expedited shipping though? They offer three and like 6-7 day shipping. I will take that over waiting 30-60 days for a figure, wondering where the heck it is. I have never had an issue with them.

Yeah I had that happen to me too. I wanted a Maketoys figure and the only option was $55.00 shipping.

 

Sorry for the expensive shipping cost at the moment. Only premium shipping service is enabled as it is actually cheaper than economic and standard services according to current shipping rate. Hopefully everything will come back to normal soon. Stay safe  

 

can somebody explain when a product available with different options actually means on that site, basically what i wanna know is is it available buy or not, sorry if that sounds a bit blunt i found it a bit confusing

 

The only availalbe option is 'Balance', which is for the customers who have paid the deposit to pay off the balance. The item has been sold out already.

Sorry, the cheap economic and standard shipping services are both disabled at the momoent due to the current situation in China. They will be re-enabled when it's back to normal.

 

Hey to express.. how do you expect your shipments to arrive in the UK, on time as usual, (since you buy in bulk I presume?) or is there anything we should know about placing preorders to ship from the UK?

 

Shipping stock to UK is still fine, usually it takes 3 working days, now it might take a few more days based on the flight service schedule

Have you heard anything back? I ordered them all back then but they say the mast two are still not out at Hasbro China which is why nothing had shipped. Could that be the same for you?

 

Takata Seacons are released by 3 parties, Takara (Japan only), Hasbro Asia and Hasbro China. Our stock shipping from China (and part of shipping from UK) is from Hasbro China. The original release was planned after Chinese New year, but we were told it would be be delayed for 3 months due to the worldwide pandemic. Just checked with Hasbro China a few days ago, still no solid date yet.

I have a question regarding preorders and deposits.

If I pay a deposit for a preorder and the price increases at release, will I have to pay the original price at the time of deposit, or the new price?
