Only missed out on Arcee and Doubledealer (purposefully didn't preorder him because there were no other leaders available I cared to pair him up with). Arcee for all the criticism she has gotten was the very first to sell out on Hasbro Pulse and Target preorders, didnt check elsewhere, Alicon and Quintesson followed closely after.

Target may not fulfill these orders. Last year, they cancelled some Voyager preorders (Springer, Thundercracker) that were bought during a similar promo. Target is not very reliable for preorders...

The promo was not meant for new product, but I'm happy to see the thread not devolve into a morality lecture!  

 

Yeah, I’m certainly not assuming these are guaranteed. That’s why I ordered Snapdragon at Walmart for $17.99 last week. None of these figures will be hard to find, so I figure let’s just see what Target fulfills and I can get other stuff later. Some of these figures are only worth it to me on sale (like Smokescreen and Trailbreaker) and The others I can grab on Amazon or BBTS if Target flakes.

 

Target’s costumer relations team is extremely generous. Even if they cancel them, they will compensate you with ample store credit. You just need to contact them.

 

The order I made during the promo at Target was my first one. Will I get an email if the order somehow gets cancelled due to the BOGO on future products, or is there some other way?

 

I'm not worried at all about them canceling preorders, there's another big sale in April and we will have wave 2 by then.

 

Wave 2 is in the fall.

 

Pretty sure wave 2 is June isn’t it? Wave 3 is September/October?

(And waves usually start showing up at random retail 6-8 weeks before the official date, going back as long as I can remember)

 

For some reason, a couple sites are showing the Wave 2 ETA as July, but other sites (including Hasbro Pulse) show it as September. No idea why the large discrepancy. Regardless, I certainly wouldn't expect to see any of Wave 2 in April, and quite possibly not by the end of June.

 

Waves are typically quarterly. I can't remember a single time over the last 20 plus years that we've gone more than three months between waves.

May/ June is probably accurate barring any pandemic setbacks.
