His vehicle is seen there right before but disappears when the CGI mashup happens.
Here lemme get it. The left arm is only Hightower & Unnamed Shovel equipped Bulldozer.

So the little dozer dude is doing what Scrapmetal is doing for the SS line by being Dev's left hand?

It's like the two sets were having a close game and then in the fourth quarter DS blew out SS.

Pretty much yeah, cause the small bulldozer never got anything besides screen time, Hasbro won't even recognize that that's another bot.

No. Scrapmetal actually forms the arm with Hightower and I have a bunch of proves to that :
We actually see Scrapmetal next to Hightower during the transformation scene.

There is two pairs of threads in the arm.
    IMG_20200228_152035.jpg
So you maybe think that the second pair of threads comes from Buckethead, but that's impossible, beacause during the transformation scene we can see these threads disappearing.
    20200229_104638.jpg
And, anyway, they haven't the same shape at all. (Scrapmetal has flat threads wile Buckethead has triangle threads)
    20200229_104942.jpg
Next, during the "death" scene of Devastator, he litterally explodes and fall off the pyramide. At this moment, we can see that the Hightower part is stuck into the pyramide.
    IMG_20200229_110030.jpg
    proof_hightower.png Zoomed
So Hightower and Buckethead aren't on Devastator anymore.
However, Scrapmetal is still on Devastator and we can see him falling off and get off Devy.
    IMG_20200229_110301.jpg Just here

So there is how the left arm forms :
    IMG_20200229_110802.jpg Scrapmetal, Hightower and Buckethead.

I hope my explanations are clear
If you are still not convinced, I can't do anything.

I can see the extra treads but there's nothing else from the deleted vehicle besides a small glimpse before the combining scene and those small treads in the CGI model.
It's probably the same as the extra dump truck and third bulldozer that arrive over the hill and don't show up except in the CGI model.

Edited to reflect my aspirations (drool).

Scale be damned in this case.

This might work for Studio Series after all then.

My Split arrived yesterday! On the whole I like him a good bit. The robot mode is a bit frustrating, already had to take some floor polish to the leg joints to help him stand. Honestly, my main issues are the legs, they don't seem to support many poses that aren't just standing there. Otherwise articulation is decent and the detailing and paint work are amazing! This is still one of the few third party movie figures to actually nail the aesthetic.

The transformation has been talked about a lot and it is very complex, those bits that wrap around the feet are frustrating as hell, but otherwise it isn't that bad. I think there was a comparison to GCreation Ultra Maxmus and I heavily disagree with that, it isn't nearly on that level. It seems to me like a more complex version of the ROTF Voyager. I know a lot of people had problems with that figure, but I always thought the issues with it were overblown too. The cannon mode is fine, although I may do my own thing with the legs to have them like the ROTF Voyager and the movie did. Truck mode is fine too and this is where the paint really shines.

Devastator's head is awesome and really has me excited for the others, especially since we got the full reveal. It has some decent articulation and being able to have the head split for a sort of Vortex Grinder look is neat even if it doesn't look too great.

No. Well the neck joint in combined mode is in the side to side motion. But it’s kinda buttery
