Welp, transformed both Classics Sunny and Generations Smokey back to alt mode. Fun! Underneath my bed they go where all the old outdated Transformers go to die.

Bummer that Sunstreaker has gaps in forearms and legs.
Also no wrist swivel.. but neither did Sideswipe, and I love that toy. Looking forward to seeing the actual figure, for sure.

I think the flipping feet are neat. Especially since, as the underside of a car nose, they would actually kinda work... like there's an extra little set of foglights under there.

I know this would be insane and a total wasted slot, but Sunstreaker is kinda making me wish they'd remold the side windows and clear door bits on Sideswipe and release an Earth-mode version of him.

I love SS\'s car, its not exactly the 1980s countach but more of the countach prototype

It's never wrong to complain about fake kibble in Chug-style or Masterpiece figures.

Movie figures, with the original models being so complicated, often have to cheat. Cyberverse-sized (old ones, not new ones that re a different line) figures often need to because of size and complexity constraints.

But for this kind of figure, it is just lazy engineering. Perhaps not as bad as MP Sunstreaker, but still disappointing.

    Goddamnit.

These actually might replace the Universe 2.0 Streaker and Generations Trailcutter...and I think those molds are pretty damn good in their own right.

Naturally all the good shit comes out when I'm trying to save money for the big train show at the end of the month. FML.

The feet have been driving me nuts all afternoon. I didn’t understand how they worked till I just that yeah the top of the robot feet are fake headlights and is actually the bottom of the front of the car.

I'm expecting a bunch of reused parts on new figurial incarnations of the Siege cast. Just making all the Siege toys redundant.

Possibly the Australian Toy Fair? That's on this weekend and often has world-first reveals, and usually they're of repaints (so these guys would fit that description).
