Since I just joined the boards yesterday, I’m kinda playing catch up in terms of art I’ve done in the past year or so. I hope you don’t mind. Anyways, this is my take on Animated Spinister. I feel pretty proud of this, especially the face. However, I’m thinking of redoing this on digital, along with the rest of the Scavengers, so let me know if you want to see that. Let me know what you think.

I like the colors. Was this colored with Copic markers?

Yeah! Along with some other, cheaper markers like Prismacolor

Hey this is pretty good! It's not often that I praise TFA Original Fanart, most don't get the proportions or style right. This, on the other hand, looks like it just came out of the show!

Good job, mate! Wanna tackle more obscure characters and make them work in Animated style?

You should, because that's a perfect Animated face. Too many people draw Animated characters as just "G1 but with a long chin." But you kept that "sandbag" shape where it's wide at the bottom and narrower near the top that falls right in line with characters like Optimus or Ratchet. Even the way the mouthplate doesn't quite reach the eyes is perfect. And the subtle angles to the neck and overall mass and the simplification of the kibble feels exactly like the visual tricks and flairs TFA was all about. Fantastic work!

I know I'm late but I'm here to say you did an amazing job capturing the TFA style, so many people exaggerate the the designs of TFA but this made me think darrick j Wyatt drew this himself.
