IDK buttflap wise they are about the same (without removing the “hoverboard”):

 

The fear was that the piece would attach downward like a cape or "butt flap" versus upward onto the back.

One has Snow Shoes, one doesn't.

One looks like she carries a kitchen on her back to make Alleron Sammiches, one doesn't.

One is in Arcee colors, one isn't.

One has a fucked up looking witch face and stupid light piping, one doesn't.

 

Or diamonds in the soles of her shoes.

 

Just smack it a few times.

 

Aside from having owned most of them, nah.

Distorted perspective much? Neither of those figures are in accurate Arcee colours for one thing. Here, let me enlighten you. Compare Earthrise Arcee with the Legends figure I own:

- One has perfectly cartoon-accurate colours, one doesn't.

- One has Arcee's white feet with grey ankles, one doesn't.

- One has a self-contained transformation, one doesn't.

- One can conceal two guns in vehicle one, one doesn't.

- One has an accurate pink face with lipstick, one doesn't.

- One has two extra swords as a comic reference, one doesn't.

- One has a smooth aerodynamic vehicle mode, one doesn't.

Hopefully that should set you straight on which figure to get.  

 

The promotional materials are saying Scorpy will be 21" or 53cm! That puts him just about a head shorter than Max, much taller than I figured!

Presuming they didn't do anything crappy, and measure Scorpy to the top of his shoulder cannons while they were sticking straight up, then 21 inches brings Scorpy up to the top of Max's shoulder. His relative size might look something like the second picture.... That would definitely please me.

 

Works for me - especially if you don't have Fort Max in the straight-legged pose like that (yeah, I know; it's hard to get him in too many other poses without, say, DNA Design's ankle tilt upgrade kit - which annoyingly, exacerbates the height difference).
I'm just happy that however much there is between them, it's minimal - unlike G1.

 

Alright let\'s look at these.
-Arcee is fine, I guess. Problem is that partsforming/backpack. Wouldn\'t have been so bad if they at least did something clever with it like turn it into a weapon or something. To me this is just Hasbro being lazy. Still better looking than the MP though.
-I have no clue who this grey dude is but he\'s generic as all hell and I like him
-Scorponok is fine, I don\'t really care about him
-Skylynx is charming in his own weird way, but those tiny legs on his jet robot mode thing makes him look like a chicken or something, whether that\'s bad or just really funny is up to you

 

Fasttrack? He's the drone bot paired with Scorponok, like Six-Gun and Metroplex or Brunt and Trypticon.

 

He looks like a distant cousin of Soundwave

 

both are likely to get a 3rd party upgrade kit on those exact same things

 

heck tail extension and extra gun turrets for Skorpie and I'd be in.

 

But how will I pose my TR Sixshot like this inside Scorponok?

 

Because they only put a certain amount aside for pre-orders. As more stock is made, orders open back up.

 

I hope they re-make Fortress in abetter way with no sound and more movement like Skorpionok
