...but, look, I just saw the same pic without your red markings on it and I DO see the hinged area where a ramp likely folds out. Not sure this equates to a “door” for micro masters as it looks to fold up and over (making access questionable) but I do see it, and agree it would be cool if that was a way to incorporate the micro masters.

I\'ve never really accepted skylynx due to their not being a robot mode, or at least not a robot mode without a \'head\' to make it more pleasing to look at. But looking at the lynx mode and the flying dino mode, I was thinking that two would make a great tag team. Damn it hasbro you made me consider spending twice the money on something or wouldn\'t normally have bought. And as for those Netflix reprints, well cashing in on old molds just frustrates me even more.  I\'d rather have a transparent skywarp for the effect we got with mirage in transparent plastic to pair up with the original. Any other ideas anyone?

 

So where is the Soundwave that goes with the Ratbat and Frenzy tapes?

Do you mean the Selects Wingthing and blue guy, or the retail Ratbat and red guy?

Either way: they're for Siege Soundwave and/or Soundblaster.

 

Just did a search on this and I don't see a cassette mode in that.

I searched google on this and the robot mode looks good but I don't see a cassette player mode, it turns into ..... well I don't know what that is.

 

Yeah, it's a Cybertronian spaceship alt mode (most Siege alt-modes were Cybertronian). He can still hold a tape in his chest, though.

 

No, but the DD and Soundwave molds can hold cassettes in his chest... There is no new tape player Soundwave as of yet.

There are some simple fan modes that replicate a cassette player (more like a 'cybertronian boombox'), as well as shoulder upgrade kits that enable a more 'genuine' cassette player mode.

The toes aren't supporting his weight at all.
He stands on the long orange ramps, the toes just fold out from above them.

 

Details at the edges don't match up with his car mode roof/windows.
