Episode 25 Summary:

A flashback is shown where Megatron has the Matrix of Leadership from another universe.

Bulls are marching towards the border, giving the Autobots the chance to enter Decepticon territory.

Megatron is unable to get the Primes to grant him full power. Astrotrain hands Megatron the portal ray. After not hearing from the Insecticons, he goes and investigates; turns out they are leaving, and do not want to meet the ‘other one.’

The Autobots close in on Megatron.

Shadow Striker and Soundwave go after Dead End to find out who he knows; a fight emerges between the Autobots and the three Decepticons.

The ‘others’ have arrived, and Megatron raises the shields, cutting off communication. Megatron is calling on Optimus Prime for a favour. Tarn’s arrives.

Episode 26 Summary:

Windblade is told by Optimus Prime to destroy the Matrix of leadership.

Astrotrain bails, and the Tarn’s are waiting for their master. The Autobots and Decepticons are defeated. Using the Autobot and Decepticon’s unit, the tides have turned. Megatron is attacked by an alternative universe’s Megatron, and injures Cyberverse’s Megatron.

Turns out this other Megatron killed Optimus Prime very early on during the war, and used the all spark to create the Tarn’s and rid the Quintessons, as well the secrets of the multiverse. He also disregarded the other Decepticons, and gets his Matrix of Leadership. Bumblebee gets the Matrix of Leadership, and with the help of the Autobots and Decepticons, almost escapes, but the alternative Megatron retrieves it.

Optimus Prime intervenes, and the two use the Matrix of Leadership to blast each other. Windblade destroys the Matrix of Leadership in Megatron, effectively defeating him. Astrotrain is happy that alternative Megatron is defeated, and takes him away.

Windblade is alive, and it appears everyone; it appears that the Autobots and and a few Decepticons are unite now, as friends.

Kinda wish there was something to tease a new season, but otherwise, these final two episodes had some great moments.

I can’t believe that this season has concluded so quickly, but you know what? It was a fun journey, and it's a step up from season 2.

Kinda disappointed that it's not Galvatron as the alternative Megatron. "Tarn" looks really badass, so it equals out.

Unbelievably the show has achieved so many potentials. Hopefully there would be season 4 though the final of season 3 seems quite satisfactory. The writers have so many ideas but they don't have enough time to do a detailed presentation.
Or perhaps there would be a TV movie? I remember there was a news thread about Allspark Studios' 2020 show release list which revealed that season 3 ought to be twice times the length of season 1 (or 2) but now we only get 26 episodes in S3 when there were 18 for S1 and total of 36 by S2.
