I attempted to purchase the McAdam wave Megatron and Shockwave. They wouldn't ring up, said not on sale until 6/1. Managers refused to sell to me, said they legally can't. I complained and got a $10 gift card, and they may be on hold for me, except one of the rude managers argued with the nice one "that's only a 24 hour hold." I have a photo and will give feedback. After I try and use my gift card tomorrow on Cyberverse Quint, who I have dubbed Chief Justice.

So messed up, the street dates are ridiculous and these ones make even less sense.

June first??? That’s three months away! Why the hell would they get it that early?

Same happened to me. Couldn’t buy the Maccadam figures. I don’t blame the store, it’s not their fault, and they were apologetic about it.

I think the issue is that this round of figures, while being the same toy as the first wave, are labeled “Cyberverse Bumblebee,” which if I recall from the Toy Fair presentation is the revised name of the show. And I’m guessing those Bumblebee-branded toys (while just bring the same toys as the original waves) weren’t supposed to ship until June.

The street date for Eartrise on Targets website says 9-1 or 11-1 depending on the figures.

While correct they also simultaneously have an entire endcap featuring Cyberverse Adventures in some Targets. Talk about ridiculous!

I had to go thru that Target Street Date BS when I was on vacation in Oregon with Springer. At that time I scanned a Megatron and got done with it.

Now its worse since there is nothing before that scans as "Cyberverse Deluxe" that you can scan and swap. One could maybe try it with a Siege Deluxe but you'll probably be stuck with it if you get a defective copy.

Yea I circumvented that by buying starscream "twice"and returning the starscream and keeping Springer. After having worked for Target since that happened I see where the fault lies, the employees putting the items out are not paying attention when they scan them if they even scan them. It shows a street date on the device, I do not put streetdated items out on shelves but others do. I can tell you that the registers wont allow that transaction to take place if you scan a streetdated item and there is no override of the system. Only work around is what we did, and a manager cant even override it but I have seen one just go ahead and ring it up under something else for a guest, it's lack of training and awareness on the employees that you are even running into this issue.

Thanks Kingragnork - ordered mine earlier. I have a few new rules of thumb these past two years .
1st rule of thumb ... PRE-ORDER on Day 1 because Amazon, Walmart, Target, Hasbro Pulse exclusives may just Sell out! You know..resellers and scalpers need these 1st.
Second rule of thumb.. save money on the previous year for potential pre-orders next year
Third Rule of thumb .. get a second/ third job

I was also denied being able to purchase Megatron and Shockwave today. Got the same 6/1 street date.

Are these the Cyberverse Deluxes that are street-dated? Haven’t they already been out for a good month or two?

WFC Voyagers are on sale for $19.99, and it stacks with the Target BOGO 50%. I just Picked up Grapple and the Cyberverse Sharkticon Pack for roughly $30 and change.

I'm wondering if Wave 2 of this line is supposed to break that day and someone at Target screwed up.
