I think they should give Double Dealer the cassettes, Sundor and Flip Sides. According to TFwiki.net they are both 'con & 'bot and would work as part of the mercenary faction.

Kinda going off that, I think throwing in some SG homages as unaligned characters would be fitting as well. Looks like one, sides with the other, no one trusts them on either side

I'm lovin the obscure character representations. :thumb

The only thing that would make these releases better? If the distribution improved or a special TF/Hasbro shop opened locally! You could recreate a lovely 80s toy aisle with these!

Alas, today's toy market has some great releases but the flaming hoops required to purchase really dampens things. Hasbro needs to do a better job stocking retailers, rather than conspire to force collectors to order entire waves for one hard-to-find figure.

Ohhh, so they're now cassettes? Bit cheeky selling them with the other two though (as I didn't bother with Soundwave). Thanks for the heads up.

There's no rule that says Bumblebee/Goldbug still has to be a VW beetle for this toyline.

    My heart.

The proportions of the nose cones have me thinking that they'll keep the Starscream style fold-back nose and have a fake conehead underneath. It motivated me to have a look inside the nose cone of my copy of Starscream and there's a nice little conical cavity in there that looks just about the right size...

Of course not. I'm just extrapolating the claims that Hasbro reps have made with the patterns we've seen in WFC so far to make informed, educated predictions. And the vast majority of my predictions have been correct, save for anomalies like Slamdance. I'm just saying, don't say that I never told you so. =/

It'd be nice to see something like a Glit / Buzzsaw set given the gang molding.

gang molding more than likely. we dont know for a fact, but them putting wingthing in the 4 pack rather than buzzsaw (to complete the soundwave 6) would support the notion, plus the fact that none of the micromaster pairs have been mixed up including in the 10 pack

They'd have data, to be sure, but don't discount the cultural differences between the US and Japan on this. Even if "cartoon-accurate" sold better in Japan, it doesn't necessarily follow that it's preferred here. The move toward cartoon-accuracy during brand unification may well have more to do with compromises made to make brand unification work for both parties.

theres also the incessant whining of people on boards like this to back up the notion that show accuracy is more popular over here (not saying its 100% fact, just saying those that are most vocal tend to complain when something isnt g1 accurate)
