Christ biscuits that didn't even occur to me! Of course that is what it's really for!

Also, love the red scorpion eyes on his scorpion head. makes it a little more believable as an actual scorpion head

Something else I would nit pick at is ER Prime's arms seem a wee bit shorter compared to Siege.

I would be so in for a Powermaster version.

I reckon the shuttle will be a bit bigger than Astrotrain, and will peg into Omega's rocket somehow.

Yikes, goes to show how little I read the news yesterday, I didn't even see anything about the bomb scare. Glad it wasn't anything more sinister dude.

    Peak Magnus!

Looks like it was all a load of nothing, but a disruptive nothing nonetheless. And cheers, dude. Me too!

Still the Magnus that goes on my CHUG shelf, despite how good the lad below looks.

In all the other recent excitement, I've not really given Smashdown his due. He's actually a very cool little dude, I'm pretty happy they repackaged him (in all his Earthrise finery) with Soundbarrier.

    @MyTea Boc,
I won't outright rule them out, but display space for larger figures is somewhat limited and I have to consider the possibility of tipping over if the ferrets are about so it'd take a fair bit of rearranging to get them in.

AEW figures = 1 star (Jericho), 1 legend in his own mind (Cody) and 3 morons cosplaying as professional wrestlers (Omega & the Bucks)

All their smug mission statements and cheap shots at WWE and their main show just about beats WWE's C-show most weeks. Not exactly the revolution they've been promising.

Wrestling at it's best relies heavily on suspension of disbelief and larger than life characters but the modern flippity floppity style is more akin to a circus performance than a pseudo sport, there's so much obvious cooperation and winking at the audience and so many of the protagonists look like regular guys that it's more like All Petite Wrestling.

And that's before I even get into their over reliance on in jokes which require watching their YouTube show religiously. They're doing fine at pandering to the fanbase that have been all in since the start, but ratings are already showing they aren't really attracting new fans in any significant way.

It would have been nice to have a viable alternative to WWE which I haven't watched in years but if AEW is what the medium has evolved into then I'm happy to get my fix watching 80's and 90's stuff from various companies on the WWE Network. I thought NWA Powerrr might be the answer but their roster just isn't very good and after a few weeks I went back to watching original NWA/WCW.

    @Napalm,
Waiting For The Space Bastards and The Space Bastards Have Arrived would be awesome album titles! :D

Blimey and I thought £45 for a slightly damaged box (1 rip at the top) from Amazon warehouse was a good price.

My dudes, Earthrise voyagers are to be found in Leicester Forbidden Planet. I now am the proud owner of a Grapple. That is all.

Actually no, the """discourse""" (read bitching) that followed my Thrawn review where I mentioned how much the Star Wars fandom had managed to piss me off has led to replies being first deleted and then the whole thing being relegated to a general Star Wars discussion thread with the replies reinstated so that everyone can continue to throw poop. Which pretty much reinforces my views on Star Wars fans.

    Grapple will make things better.

Yeah, that fan pack has cost me enough already. Probably £143... Only because I then went and ordered the other 2 Powerdashers from Amazon US (along with the other twin Fan pack and the Earthrise Micromasters)

Will try to sell off Holo mirage though next.

the length of the arm is slightly shorter, and visually it’s exacerbated by the shoulders hanging down over the bicep, making the arm look even more stubby

something cool I just discovered by taking off the arm, the mushroom socket is close enough in size and shape to be used as an impromptu 5mm connection

Unrelated side note, I also really really like how the wheel kibble is on a clip and can be easily removed

I don’t know how anyone could not see a hoverboard in arcees kibble it looks just like Marty’s

Earthrise Grapple. Brilliant Robot mode, wonderful transformation which is just so G1... but then the vehicle is tiny! Think I will need to keep the Classics version for vehicle (a nice excuse anyway!).

My Grapple does have two slightly different coloured feet though... :s

Happy Friday everyone! Can't wait for the weekend - work has been a bit of a ballache this week!

Those recent reveals look pretty awesome, maybe one day I'll get back in the game.

Anyway, I've added a few bits to my sales thread including Hasbro MP Starscream & Skywarp and reduced a few prices. Trying to sell before I add more.

Also I made use of eBay's offer on Monday and got a couple of Alternators and Fansproject's City Commander on eBay here:

If you want another FP Bruticus (onslaught and helicopter are custom painted, and the blast off version of the tank) as more troop builders, let me know. I'm looking to move mine on.

SAVAGE CLAW MODE!!!! That does look pretty awesome!

Had 3 packages arrive today containing,

Replacement MAFEX comic Spidey from PlayAsia.
Black Series Lando from Star Action Figures.
Tiny cans of Colt 45 from an ebay seller...that won't fit in Lando's hands due to the way they're sculpted

For £7.95 Lando's nice enough, I wouldn't have paid any more than that.

Feeling in a bit of a crappy mood due to a migraine and it being the anniversary of Katie's Mum passing away so one of those days where toys arriving hasn't quite had the usual effect but my emotional support ferrets have done their bit as they were bouncing around particularly energetically this afternoon which cheered me up a bit.

Looking forward to seeing all the new stuff from Toy Fair over the weekend.

Hasbro have already announced a new agreement with Disney for Star Wars and Marvel licenses so the Black Series and Marvel Legends are safe. And if there's any completists for Baby Yoda out there they're sooo fucked! :p

@barry So did the interview candidates get extra points for making to the interview as they had clearly shown initiative or failed on the spot as the Police had told them they couldn’t come in and they clearly can’t follow simple instructions?

    Tough call....!

So it looks like Kapow are sourcing me a replacement part for my ER Starscream that I ordered from them, should be with me in about two weeks according to what they’ve said.

    All good.

Looks like I’ll have two Starscreams, probably gonna box the other up and give it to my brother for his birthday.
