Ah Yes!

 

Cerebros head card might be the only card we've seen with no explosions in the background. Looks like it's a nice clear day.  
I've always like Cerebros design alot more than the japense design.
I was hoping cerebros would got a third mode to turn into that computer or tower or what ever its suppose to be. I was hoping you would be able to play him with out fort max. Still shouldn't complain. I agree the life on all this seems a bit low. But well see how it plays when we get it.

I was honestly thinking that would give him spike. Imagine if it was spike and they give him a "human" or "organic" tag. We'd get human support XD

Robots in Design #13: In the Shadow of the Sky

Skyshadow seems very strong. 15 stars (since Ominous starts outside the game) so you can be 4 wide starting out then combine into 3 wide, and still potentially be 3 wide after Skyshadow dies. Stats look good to. He makes the 5 member combiners look puny by comparison, I think WoTC is understanding now the burden combining can be and statting their combiners more appropriately.

What's his robot modes ummm title? 'Combine body mode'?

 

Means that he is considered a body, not a robot for the purpose of cards that care about that (can't be marksmanshipped)

 

I love this card. However, you have to use the stratagem to combine? Confused on this mechanic.

 

yes, basically you can play the halves at 7 stars, or Ominous on a different body for 3 stars, but to play Skyshadow as a combiner, you need to play both halves and the stratagem at 15 stars.

 

Okay but then Ominous is your sideboard character?

 

No, out of the game, like Sentinels or Dinobot combiners.

Couldn't I just play this with Ironhide or Motormaster and their abilities would block the 1 damage so I get to draw 2 cards with no drawbacks?

 

One better: Caliburst and use it on enemies

These cards are pretty damn cool. Been staying far away to preserve my sanity. 

 

Well, I was wrong about Ironhide's & Motormaster's abilities getting around the damage from Scouting Mission.

 

I dont think it is game breaking. But this card is like forcefeild to me. If theres room: Put it in ever deck I can fit it in.
It's an outrageously good card. And what down side there is can be turned to something you want.
Like just play with a weaponizer.

Did you think they did this to encourage blue decks?

Sealed Wave 5 combo: Play Scouting Mission and target Wave 5 Kup for the 1 damage. You will now have an attack of 4 to swing with because of his ability to turn damage dealt on your turn into an attack buff for Wreckers.
