I agree, having to sand down one tolerance is not the end of the world. Do people not remember the early days of 3p figures? When you sometimes had to disassemble half the figure straight out of the box. Lol

 

Doesn’t sound nearly as bad as challenger who had that smoke stack piece twist off and break. They sent replacements out for that pretty quickly at least. It shouldn’t happen but it does and this one doesn’t sound too bad. Or el cid damn that thing was such garbage!

 

Lol the guy isn’t freaking out about it or anything, he just said he doesn’t think it should have happened

 

Yeah it sucks... But unfortunately you should expect it sooner or later with some official and 3p transformers, ymmv

One more issue, the very small piece covering the screw in top of the head is easy to pop out. So pay attention not to lose it, especially when slicing the head while transforming.

 

I\'d argue on the whole sanding down issue as offical hasbro mp figures have much worse issues that can\'t be handled with some sand paper and cost three times as third party figures, like really awful back kibble and unreasonablely fragile parts. I understand the frustration with paying 160 or more and having to deal with something so minute that the company should\'ve done it, but it\'s something that can be so easily done by yourself that I don\'t believe it requires backlash on the figure nor the company
