Arlington Heights Target has ER Astrotrain. Had another an an ER Prime but just grabbed them for myself!

 

Thanks for the call-out! Optimus was gone by the time I got there, but I grabbed Astrotrain, which I'm more interested in. Still one Astrotrain remaining.

Saw 4 each earthrise astrotrain and prime at Higgins rd super target in Schaumburg

 

Walgreens on Halsted and Monroe downtown for sure. But depends what part of the city you are in

Has G1 Astrotrain showed up at any Walmarts in the greater Chicago area? If so, any recent sightings? Thanks!

I saw a few Primes and Astrotrains at the Target on Wilson and Clark on Sunday! 3 of each. I passed. I don't know... They are cool but my collection is a bit out of control.

 

There's 2 G1 Astrotrains at Bolingbrook Walmart

 

Someone did this at South Loop Target. Brought it to the front desk and the girl looked confused but hope they research it

 

Prime, Astrotrain and all deluxes minus Cliffjumper at Evanston Target on Howard. Can't find a Cliffjumper anywhere!

 

Knowing them, they probably won’t do anything about it. Last year I returned a Siege Barricade that broke the second I opened it (it’s hip joint snapped the second I opened it. I’m not questioning, it why should you) the next time I went back they put the broken toy back on the shelf (and it’s not like anyone couldn’t tell it was broken by looking in the window of the packaging). So if they can’t even dispose of a broken toy that I bought from them, I don’t think they will care about a swap. And in case any one is curious, that same broken barricade is still at my Target to this very day.

The only Earthrise that I have seen so far are Hoist, Cliffjumper, and the Autobot Micromasters team (can’t remember their name). I think that (if Brickseek is to be believed) with Siege sharing the same UPC codes as Earthrise, I think that a lot of retailers are becoming confused as to what they need to be ordering for their stores. And this isn’t just with Transformers, this is with a lot of things. In fact, most of the stores that I have been too (in Illinois at least) are still loaded on Siege stuff right now (Shockwaves galore and Megatrons galore). Maybe it’s just my general area, but long story short if any one is having trouble finding any of the new stuff right now, you are NOT alone.
