I found a Grapple on Saturday at Belmar Target, and the Deluxes (Hoist, Wheeljack, and Cliffjumper) today at Cmills. I left a Hoist and a Starscream there.

 

Thoughts on Earthrise SS vs Siege SS? I can't tell from the above if you have a preference for one vs. the other.

 

of course. i leave for the weekend, see all these sightings, get all excited, and immediately strike out when i hunt today after flying back. did see clobber and was gonna get him as an animated toss in, but i hate the head when i got him in my hands

 

My Grapple broke a peg (that goes into the foot in truck mode) by getting stuck. I haven't had a Transformer break like that in a long time.

 

Any Earthrise prime sightings?

 

I haven't seen any of the last wave of siege yet

 

Target should be full of Voyagers. Crosshairs is peg warming off of Target at Tamarac and Hampden

 

Great perspective here. Because this is the struggle for all Fans. Half are split and want a updated G1 toy and lower prices, the other wants reimagined versions.

I am stuck. I love cybertronian vehicle modes
(One of the top reasons I like TFA so much). But I want G1 toys that aren’t brittle and that I can play with.

For me earthrise is a hot everything so far appears to be a updated G1 toy, and I will be buying the shit out of it.

 

My main goal with the Classics/Universe/Generations line has always been to re-collect the G1 with modern updates, but if they make something that's an improvement over the first 'new' version, I'll buy it. I bought Wheeljack, Cliffjumper, and Hoist, already owning the previous versions.

Has anyone seen an Optimus Prime yet?

 

I've seen Grapple, Starscream, Wheeljack, and Ironworks at Targets around Arvada. No Leaders, Microbots, or little guys that transform into bricks. Also, haven't seen any of the last wave of Siege outside of Deluxes.

Picked up Earthrise optimus, siege retractor 3 pack and direct hit and power punch at hero headquarters today. Went to pop culture connection and got a bunch of loose transformers

 

Walmart on 120th and between Sheridan and Federal has nothing of interest. Mostly 35th Megatron.

Nothing on i25 and 136th Walmart. 128th and Quebec Walmart has nothing as well but 3 Reflectors if you're missing a set.

 

finally found some earthrise. nabbed grapple and ironworks at the lucent target, left an ironworks and wheeljack.

of course, this just furthers my frustration over not finding the rest of wave 4 except the deluxes. i wanna get apeface from pulse, but he's the only one on the site. still need the battle masters.

also makes me wonder why target and walmart havne't been approved to clearance out siege, unless they all think they're the same thing. i'd love to get a few of those guys on clearance

 

Earthrise figures at the harmony target in foco. Napped cliffy and prime. They had an astrotrain, 1 more cliff, and 3 iron works left. Did not see any sign of voyagers, pegs still full of siege on that front.

Gotta say, prime is pretty dope. My custom classic prime still carries the name of optimus, so siege becomes alpha prime, and earthrise becomes beta prime.
