siege was the first time since animated that i purchased transformers figures. i wish hasbro was a bit better with their international distribution. things like the generations selects, store exclusives (40th anniversary, seeker 3 pack, micromaster 10 pack, ratchet) and some waves of micromasters and battlemasters were not released in Australia. it\'d make it a lot easier if hasbro pulse was available to non US residents.

I am genuinely curious if people still
bothered or on the fence with the enhanced voyager concept would be fine if the name was swapped with commander class so leaders could still be the big ones. I have yet to hear an argument against it that wasn't "that's what it meant when I signed up".

For me, not about the name. I just kinda dig, expect, want a size class slightly bigger than Voyager. After initial fiddling, the extra parts on these haven't been something I go back to. If someone asked - bigger core figure or Voyager + parts, I'd always choose bigger core. That being said, I want it to work in tandem and scale with the rest of line. I don't like the "and we'll do these characters again but bigger in Leader" style.

But, because these are done well, and we did get a great Commander figure, I am ok rolling with it. If it works for the masses, so be it, I'll go for the ride.

I wish the Earthrise version was different from the Cybertron one. Just the removal of the "cr@pple damage" paint would do for me, but something like a cleanly painted version of his white iteration would also be welcomed.

I'm fine with Voyagers + shit ton of accessories for a Leader pricepoint, but the accessories need to truly feel worth the 20 more $, or the figure should have noticeably more engineering, parts count, mass, or otherwise feel like a figure too expensive to sell as a solo Voyager. Studio Series 44 Optimus' trailer & accessories feel worth it, but I can't bring myself to say the same for Siege Shockwave. Aside from that, I'm fine with it, but also I still want the occasional Leader sized figure. I don't want to eventually have to be buying Commander Class figures that are just Leaders with extra accessories too just to get Leaders at all.

It\'s a great looking figure, I just think it could have been larger in size. It doesn\'t have to be as big as jetfire, just big enough to be a sizeable challenger. 3rd party makers take note. DX9 chighur is looking likely to be my next purchase if nothing else appears.

I own Titan Return Astrotrain but if I end up buying Siege Astrotrain one of them has to be renamed to Astroglide!

If you look at that picture of all the Astrotrain toys, from the original toy to the Titan\'s Return.  Have you noticed how the \"train\" mode has gotten longer and the \"shuttle\" mode has gotten flatter?
