Nothing new in Wilmington yet.

 

Last night, I found ER OP and Astrotrain at the Poyner Place Target in Raleigh, along with *just* Ironworks. Only one OP and two Astrotrains (both were the ER packaging) and two Ironworks. Bought the OP, an Astrotrain, and a Ironworks. When I went back tonight to check for any more ER deluxes, both the Astrotrain and Ironworks were gone, and no sign of any other deluxes.

 

Found a full set of earthrise deluxes at the Greenville target. 1 full set left in the back

 

No they were not. Someone put them in the back. Had an employee go hunting and he said he found them shoved behind some other boxes loose. I got wheeljack, cliffjumper, and hoist. There is still an ironworks, a wheeljack, and a cliffjunper in the back. Use the deluxe dpci and any employee should be able to grab them.

 

What's the dpci? Can I look it up online? I'm not familiar with using them.

 

The DPCI is the same one as for Siege Deluxes (don't know it offhand, unfortunately). In-store, you can just ask an employee to scan the tag on the shelf for them if you don't know the DPCI.

As far as I know employee with scanner must look up. But SoundwaveSuperior is correct, they are grouped in with siege deluxe. You have to find an employee willing to help you out. Which can be a chore lol.


Still beats waiting until March 31st for amazon to get them though lol. I checked 5 targets this weekend and 3 Walmart's. Good luck!

After from Target to Target in WF, the 2 in Garner, Cary@Crossroads, and Durham Southpoint with no luck finding the other 3 deluxes I needed, I put my new tablet through a few some tests with my new fav stock searcher popfindr (brickseek seems to be crippled now when it comes to the newer Transformers releases and Target), I found that Apex had a stock of 7, but one of the Garners had had 9 in stock compared to everywhere else with lower numbers, but it was all siege. Initially, I was going to skip Apex since someone had mentioned here that they had already checked there, but that number of 7 gave me a small hope.

When I got there, all Apex had on the shelf was a Siege Hound, but I had a nice stock lady scan the barcode on the peg label with her scanner and it said they had 5 in back. So I told her what I was looking for and she went to check, and came back with another employee carrying all 5 and they were Earthrise deluxes, 2 Hoist, 1 Wheeljack, 1 Cliffjumper, and an Ironworks. Got one of the Hoists, Wheeljack, and Cliffjumper. The other Hoist and Ironworks were put on the pegs, this was around 7:30-7:45 pm.

And as an aside for anyone wondering, no, I didn't see any more OPs or ATs at any of the Targets I checked, shelves were either leaderless or showing the efforts of Shockwave's cloning project or Ultra Magnus's inability to deal with no one wanting him at this late date. >_> Also didn't see anything new for SS except for a Voyager spacejet Megatron at the Cary Target.

 

I was at Target in Kannapolis yesterday and they had two sets of the Earthrise Deluxe 1st wave. I bought one of them and left the other.

 

Southsquare still has 1 full set of wave 1 earthrise deluxes

 

Walmart hwy 29 has 2 sets of studio series motorcycle sets and a bunch of g1cassettes, cassettes are still full price though.

Anyone see earthrise voyagers/leaders in the triangle yet? apex target had a few sets of the micromasters

 

I grabbed Optimus at the Poyner Place Target yesterday evening; forgot to post it here. Was the last leader they had, so hopefully they'll get more in soon.

The rest of the Targets around here are still full of Shockwaves.

We need a Transformers fan society group for NC. Its surprising how many active people we have!

Target in huntersville and mooresville have earthrise micrometers but nothing else. I even checked the back

There is a North Carolina transformer group but the admins have let it get full of out of state scalpers cause they wanted to see the group grow to insane numbers. There still may be another North Carolina based Transformer group, but I havent found it yet. There are several North Carolina toy collector groups though. The one the other person mentioned is focused on the Raleigh area primarily but there is this one Log into Facebook | Facebook which is fairly new but growing very rapidly. They focus on all toys and organizing swaps for collectors to trade what they find. There is also my group which is small as well, but its limited to just North Carolina toy collectors. I checked Target in Wake Forest and the one in Raleigh on Lynn road Sunday and didn't find anything Earthrise.

 

I've been on here for years,most of the old cats know me as rock on.ive been collecting 36 yrs,have meet an array of awesome cats on here and in the field. We use to do meet up when sq7 ran the group but his moved now. He left the everything to another member but I haven't seen any sense he left. So if you guys want try for a Meetup hang session I'm down. Oh from Goldsboro to Morehead nothing earthrise, heck the soundwave and tape reissues are everywhere but still full price.
But like name member name you'll never reallysee me unless you call me out, but I'm always around.
