Guess who's lttp and only today bought a Siege Sideswipe? That's right, this guy right here. Stupid-only-deciding-I-want-one-after-he-left-shelves-originally. Had to go buy a replacement Botbots toothy abomination and found 'swipe on the shelf right above. Might finally be time to shift my Universe Sideswipe and Sunstreaker.

Funnily enough Classics Prime never did it for me, now don't get me wrong I respect his place in the design lineage I just never dug him myself aesthetically, where CW gave me massive G2 vibes I really dug.
Plus a combining Prime was a childhood wish fulfilled!
THIS guy though, THIS guy! He's the one.
The one who, ah...might get bought again under the right conditions, or rather additions!

On the whole I'm not keen but I could certainly be tempted by that Manbat.

When you say G2 do you mean Laser Prime or do you mean the G1 reissue with the lighter blue? I think G2 Laser Prime might be my favourite Prime of all time. It might actually be a contender for my top 10 of all time. For a mold from 1995 it is ridiculously good. That said, G1 Prime is such an integral part of my childhood, and what its led to as an adult means I can never dismiss his import.

Its all good that you don't like CHUG Prime, I never liked CW and outright loathed the Motormaster repaint, but it's all part of the journey. Nowadays we get a new Prime all the time so everyone can gave a different fave.

    Fortunately NONE of those! :lol

Sign me up for Yellow eyes/G1 Toy colours and/or Fully-kitted-out-with-Roller-and-other-gear.

Y'see, It's come to my attention that the two ports on either side of the underside of the trailer are ideally placed to plug something(s)* in to serve as the side support struts the g1 trailer has to prevent sagging under the weight of weaponization/modulation - just a couple of Cog limbs either side up top began the dip downward in my experimentation.

    * = Like say perhaps certain limbs on a potential Deluxe Weaponizer. I mean a virtually guaranteed upcoming figure's likely alt. mode is, ah, somewhat similar in form to a certain missing Prime trailer component, yes?

I mean the G2 Prime of the G2 Comic Book, CW's hench look gave me that pumped up testosterone vibe of the 90s comic books aesthetic even if it wasn't exactly like he was actually drawn back then he seemed very much in the spirit of those times.

    Xenogears turns 22 today.

Those of you who played it know exactly that another 22 years won't be enough to stop thinking about everything about it over and over.
Those of you who didn't, you really should join us. I mean it.

Final Fantasy VIII turns 21 today and is one the those games I learned to love/really like over time.

Dragon Quest IV turns 30 today and, to me, is still peaked Toriyama.

Got this weird coloured Bumblebee through today.

    20200211_224620.jpg
It looked better condition than the one I had but upon arrival I don't think it's much better. But its.complete with missiles and box (outer only), along with £7.99 from Zodiac price stickers.

I know a lot of people shit over Split Second as being inferior to the first two years, but I like the extra level of engineering of trying to squeeze two sort of vehicles into one actual vehicle. That's much more impressive than just a few weapons and folding wings to me, as much as I love the early stuff (which I do as its brilliant).
One day I'll do those MASK coloured TF customs...

Well, just bought my first figure of 2020 - and first figure since paying for trijetter in early December; tri-digger is on the way from tf-robots.nl; probably paid over the odds but it’s all my own fault; ya snooze and ya lose.

This year is going to be a lot more focused and mainly Diaclone related given the 40th anniversary announcement of 5 big releases.

A masterpiece hoist still eludes me though so I continue to be on the look out for this but that’s about it.

Probably doing tfnation but might have to be frugal and leave the leader package to others...

Huge thanks to nice sideburns for selling me his MP Starsaber for a steal of a price.

I haven’t been able to put him down but I also haven’t had a chance to get those upgrade kits and reprolabels on him yet. It’s going to be a beast of a surgery but I should get some time off next week to take the time to do it.

Now, let’s try and find a KFC Simba..

*EDIT* I would have tagged your username but I’ve forgotten how to do so

Funny that it's still the last 3P that I've bought.
Thanks to you I'm reminded that I ended on such a amazing note !

Speaking of amazing, it's been years since I last plugged her.

And I think it must be something like 20 years since last I played this game on her (played it a lot after that but on PC).

Whatever, lok at her ! She's beautiful.
