We have almost all the Decepticons from the first 3 movies for Studio Series at this point. All that’s left is The Fallen, Demolisher, Sideways and the last member of the dreads (whose name I have forgotten). They could go the extra mile and give us something obscure like a Titan class Driller but I don’t see that happening. Driller’s just a giant accessory for Shockwave.

 

So this is 1/3 the price of Devil Saviour, or even cheaper when figures are purchased on sale.

Crazy good value for an official release imo.

Cheap enough to buy 2-3 full sets giving bot modes, combined mode and misb mode without buyers remorse.

 

It does look that way if you just look at Overload, but seeing what his legs do on Devastator's chestt, it isn't happening.

 

The most ambitious combined ever turned out great! I do think though he’ll absolutely want the movie accurate yellow version of the foot, and add on kits for some of the missing non-kid friendly details like arm parts, head parts, maybe a better face and the “enemy scrotum”.

I think some toy had stickers will help too. But as a whole a tremendously successful execution by Hasbro.

 

*Sees Overload, Scrapper, and Devastator*
Overload and Scrapper both look pretty neat looking, but Devastator... looks way better than expected. The only thing I'm hating about them is the wait to get my hands on them.

 

Scrapper and Overload look amazing, in both modes. Even Devvy looks great, inaccurate as his posture may be. I'm really glad HasTak decided to do this.

Agian Takara doesnt have a dedicated April wave they Spread out Figures.

I mean if Rotf sound wave is TT number 52 or 53, then he must be released in June or July
But if he is released by TT in these two months, he must be part of the April wave, otherwise TT will release him before Hasbro's release.
To avoid this, Hasbro has to release ROTF Soundwave in April, but if he releases it in April, why isn't he released with other Dluxes?

Oh wow, I love Overload. Badass robot mode, maybe one of the best of the Constructicons.

That combined mode looks ace. As Burt Gummer said at the end of Tremors 2, "It's gonna be big! Big!"

 

For me, this is a great news that we can use a different pose than the "gorilla mode"

 

Scrapper looks amazing, I’ve been wanting a voyager Scrapper since 2009.

Oh yeah I forgot about Devcon. Then there’s ROTF Soundwave and Ravage.

 

Well we do have a rumor roft soundwave for the third wave this year

I like what I'm seeing in devastator

 

Yeah, people are going nuts for Devastator.

I’m certain 3P companies will be going balls to the wall to make a mod piece for his codpiece. If they don’t the Movie accuracy mavens may get a bit testy.
