it’s just the fact it’s a new line and i usually tend to miss out on getting them, while everyone else gets them first thing. also isn’t he 1x per case while astrotrain is 2x?

 

They're both one per case. Each case only has two figures.

Huh, never seen an Apeface in the wild, usually just Megatrons, Thundercrackers, and the occasional Starscream, just resorted to buying him online instead. Tragic tale of late-wave releases... congrats on your find, though!

 

Be careful when you plug his tail fin in. It's clear plastic and I've seen a few people here having the peg break off when they pushed it all the way in for vehicle mode.

 

The Earthrise Optimus Prime is gone.  

Neither Douglas nor Fairway Drive Targets had any Earthrise Optimus Primes left. Douglas Target had a couple of Astrotrains in Earthrise packaging. The picture below is of Fairway Drive Target's section.

There had some in Targets in Roseville, but the Optimus Primes disappeared like water in the desert.  

Douglas Target has Astrotrain, but that's all that I've seen. Unfortunately, I don't expect them to hit saturation until late March or April.  

 

Good news is that it's only wave 1, so we can all rest assured that we will be drowning in them soon enough haha

Plaza Bonita had 2 interesting finds: a MPM Megatron (at 203$) at Comics & Stuff and SS-49 Bumblebee in the Target there. Otherwise, same old stuff. Still wanting that Soundwave-

 

Screw earthrise I just want to find ratbat! All jokes a side I was able to get Astrotrain and passed on Prime yesterday at Roseville Target on Douglas

 

Went to that Walmart today and got the last Apeface since I have yet to see him at Target and it looks like they are restocking with Earthrise now instead of Siege Wave 5. Thanks!

 

Yeah, I had the misfortune of that happening. Having to shell out 30 more bucks just because they decided to use clear plastic is not fun >->
