I was told to wait till the 10th as the coronavirus has delayed shipping companies till then. Up to you for what to do, but I'm thinking I might ask for their store credit. Anyone know what happens if you spend that credit and capone comes back from the dead in shipping?

 

I imagine the triad comes to your house with all sorts of ninja and Matrix era weaponry.

I've just watched much more comparison reviews and were very helpful. I noticed that Capone little sword is rather soft and even a little pliable as plastic ,just as toys for children,instead Gravestone black sword is very tough. I wanted to know to which of these 2,the Capone combiner sword is more similar as quality,if pliable or more tough. Big sword appears lightweight in some Youtube videos, but I didn't find other.

 

Not sure if this has been mentioned but there is a gray plastic piece that comes with Capone which attaches to Montana for combined mode, it is only friction fit but does help him stay connected to Capone.

My Capone still hasn't moved. It says "Processed through Facility" ISC New York (USPS) on January 22nd. I'm starting to wonder how long I wait, knowing what everyone is experiencing, before saying something to someone.

 

Same, except mine was processed through facility on January 15th.

 

Then I'm not alone at this stage of the waiting game. What are your thoughts? Part of me says to continue to wait. It'll get here. The other part of me says something is wrong and I should say something because it never takes this long. Then again this is a unique situation all around. /shrug

 

big box + not priority shipping + usps = slow ass delivery. Mine has been in LA for over a week now after 2 weeks in NY so close...

 

I'm getting frustrated and I don't have much hope that it wasn't lost at this point. I wanted ShowZ to refund me so I could get one at TFSource but TFS sold it before ShowZ came back from CNY, so I'm stuck waiting no matter what.

 

When I finally decided that I was going to go DX9 for my Menasor; I almost preordered Capone from TFS but at the time they weren't 100% if the restock was coming. ShowZ had it in stock. Although I like ShowZ and have used them several times without an issue; I wanted to go TFS and bypass the whole CNY thing.

Made my bed and now I'm laying in it hoping everything works out.

It moved!

It has arrived in Dallas. Now for it to get down here to Galveston.

 

I am still waiting for BBTS. I canceled the remaining two limbs from them. This is taking way too long.

 

Well, I was tired on how Wildrider doesn't connect well, so I decided to do something about it! I created an adapter for him and now it won't fall off!

Sweet! You plan to make it available for those that want it? Also would it be possible for you to make adapters for Capone to be able to attach KFC hands by any chance?

That’s great! I mean, yours totally make sense with the huge spaces on the legs. DX9 is so great at design and engineering but their tiny, tenuous adaptors make no sense.

 

Honestly, I haven’t thought much about it. I can probably post the file on Thingiverse or something. I could probably print a limited number of parts next week and sell them for maybe $5 or so plus a couple bucks for a padded envelope and shipping?

Regarding the KFC hands, any clue which ones may work? I not sure where I would even get them? But I would imagine it’s doable.

Do any of you have 3D printers to print them yourselves? I’m not looking to make a “business” out of this! Haha

Yeah, I’ll make a quick video showing how it works and how well it holds.

 

For hands I’m thinking either MP 10 hands or MP-13 hands would probably be the best bet. bbts seems to have them still as well KP-06 Hands & Gun Set

but yeah posting them and even printing out a few sounds like a good idea.

 

I finally got my Capone in the mail after being stuck in New York since January 16th. I know waiting sucks but I still got my Capone before many other stores in the United States got theirs besides Eastcoast Toys and TFSource I think. Overall I waited nearly 2 months for his to be delivered but then again I knew the trouble I might face ordering it from China. It is what it is.

Don't lose hope but remember everytime you order it from overseas it may take weeks or months if your unlucky to get to you. Don't blame DX9, the stores, or God. It just how it is. Want to blame anything blame the USPS, customs, or the government.
