Didn't see any mention of these elsewhere - apologies if I've overlooked an existing report.

Found a box of Series 5 Botbots in Sainsbury's UK (Receipt just says "TRANSFORMER BOT BOTS" so not included).

Goldpunch is definitely #1, forgot to check the others.

Codes are still in the usual place, but perforations have been completely removed.

 

Series 5??? I better start picking up my slack and get the wave 4 bot bots I need.

 

That lumberjack boots is amazing.   Thanks a lot, yes these are new, no prior appearance! I was just wondering if and when we would hear about Series 5 on the toyfair or whatever is coming... and then this!
Seems there were a lot of stealing blind-bagged botbots in stores, hence the removal of the back flap perforation. I think they started duct-taping those since S2 but that seems not enough.
Can you post transformed images too? Is the orange guy a CD Disc-Man?

I am /Really/ Un-impressed with this series. The designs for most of the new molds look unfinished , Like Hasbro just dug up the crappy unused designs to bolster up the number of bots in the series.



I also don\'t like how they\'re adding so-many new teams.
I wish they just kept the teams from series 1 to 4 so Hasbro  could expand apon those groups, Seeing as a lot of these bots could of fit in well added to those older teams

 

AH crap. I never saw series 4 even once!

 

You think that's bad, in Hungary and Austria I have only seen Series 1-2 so far, and the Arcade Renegades. (And S2 8-packs are still not out)

 

I like how he's the "good twin" of The Cobbler. Classic superhero/villain clone fight!

Neither have I. My area is still full of Series 3 stuff and people are seeing Series 5 blindpacks across the pond. TFWiki’s going to have a conniption when they add these to their website.

Not that much interesting from this wave,IMO. I think I might skip the entire series unless I change my mind and decide that I really want some of the Hibotchi Heats or Frequent Flyers.

 

We're already on series 5 and I've only ever seen series 1 at my local store ONCE. They were just there one day, half of them ripped into already, and after that I never saw Botbots there again. Sure as hell like to stock Fortnite and Bendy blind bags though.
