If you see something you think people are saying and you don't believe it right or you know evidence to contrary just communicate it in a normal way and not turn it into what's wrong with you attitude and you are going to lose mentality.


Aside from that. Personally, because i couldnt care less about arguing this point, my view given all the evidence is that skorponok is going to be smaller than FM and slightly bigger than OS. The headmaster, though i don't have a lot seige figures make all the conparisons inhand, looks smaller than cerebros and also like it compacts considerably. The thighs look likey share engineering of OS. So for me that is still a big possibility he is smaller. Saying that i know i could be easily wrong and judging these things with so little evidence is a fools errand. I dont say all that to try convince people and win, it is just for conversations and cosideration. Truth is we will just have to wait see.

 

Well, I still think that it's most likely Scorpy will have a slightly larger and taller body than Omega given the proportional size of his head in the leaked image, which I've now added a blown-up version of to the above post for easier reference.

If you compare as if they are the same size(theoretically), skorpy has a shorter chest but longer legs...

 

Hmm, having done that it looks like Scorps might end up mainly taller/longer, he seems quite "leggy" in comparison, with a more compact torso that's still a similar width, potentially a higher waist, and similar mass and size to the arms apart from bigger shoulder pads. I think the legginess emphasises the seeming shortness of the arms people are seeing?

But I still think it's possible Scorps will be taller but not much more massive overall. I also haven't really blown Scorp up enough to properly match, I did it more for comparing head proportions.

The thing that's gotten me with your post is: Where the heck have those Anime shins gone in scorpion mode?! Just look at that tiny scorpion rucksack!
I can't envision how a shin to support a Titan scale figure would be able to compact like that in transformation and still be sturdy enough for the job!

 

Unless the legs collapse into themselves in scorpion mode to allow for a smaller backpack. So it still has the necessary stability in robot mode without hindering the scorpion. A bit like how the V stars legs collapse on the MP Star Saber.

On your size of Zarak/Megazarak whatever they end up calling the larger Headmaster body perhaps it's a poor shopping together of separate images?
It looks to me like the horns on the base are smaller in relation to the robot figure than was demonstrated on the NYCC Proto?

Looks like too much of a shrinking than pure perspective to me?

 

The feet may fold in too. If it does compact that much then its some impressive engineering thats for sure

Yep, it seems to be the case here. Cause how else would he fit as a head. Now this seems more reasonable.

Why does it matter to you that folks care about scale? You frame it like it’s a bad thing and will lead to disappointment. So far it’s working out and it’s not hurting people that don’t care about it. If scale goes out the window tomorrow, it’ll be disappointing for some of us but we’ll still love the franchise.
