Haha thanks. I figure I'll at least give it a chance to arrive by its latest estimated arrival. But I'm definitely not gonna let this guy pull any fast ones on me if that is his intent. Hopefully there's just some error somewhere and the package still gets to me.  

Yeah, the guy is not budging. Now he's replying to me in Spanish...which I don't speak.

Even if he is being honest, unfortunately, as the seller, he has a responsibility to the buyers of his products.

In my case, I paid for an item that neither the associated tracking number nor the post office can verify has been delivered; let alone received in the USA. Being that the case, I believe I can fairly say that the seller needs to provide me with a refund or replacement if the product does not arrive by the estimated arrival date (September 11).

Is my line of thinking incorrect?

UPDATE: My figure finally arrived today (2 days before the final arrival date estimate)! Not sure what all happened with the seller and their claim that I had received and signed for the package, but regardless, he is here and he looks amazing!

Got him transformed into alt mode which took some time, but nothing too crazy like others have said. He'll just take a bit of practice to get down smoothly. We'll see how getting him back to vehicle mode goes  

 

I wonder if they ever plan to make a Jungle Green Bonecrusher repaint - I think that would look cool with either the Desert Brawl options or the normal Green Brawl.

 

i am googling but i can;t find out what is the diff between v1 and v2?

 

V2 just comes with a slightly different paint scheme, V1 is kinda like the pristine "brand new car" version while V2 is the "battle damaged" version. He comes with black markings, dirty tires and a slightly different over all paint. Just looks like he's been rolling around the desert. V2 also has less tattoos than V1.

 

Has anyone received it in hand yet? My original V1 broke at the pelvis (which forms the front wheels in truck mode) right on the hinge, so I need to know if V2 upgraded the plastic there or made it stronger

 

At least two people have; myself and JohnHan. Couldn't tell you if there have been any improvements made to that area specifically though. I don't own the V1.

Depends on what part of the scene, from what I remember Bonecrusher looked pretty pristine but then got walked on by prime.

 

Both look great. Either option will work. One is just clean and the other dirty. I personally prefer the V2 for it's paint job, but V1 does have more "tattoos" which may or may not be more movie accurate. I was never able to pick any out from his scenes in the movies.

 

I recently received v2 and though i did not transformed him yet, i love it. Smoked dust paint really suites his vehicle mode.

Oh man, my poor wallet! I hope the final paint scheme doesn't have such sharp edges between the different colors, but that looks great!
