It's just too bad they failed to deliver on the rest of Starscream years ago, MP-11 mold was a major fail in my honest opinion. Thanks to Maketoys I could care less if Takara does a Starscream v.3 for a measly $250 x3. Hard pass.
I'd be all for having this delayed borderline indefinitely until Takara can get their qc situation straightened. I've been a fan of Kobayashi's work for almost 20 years now, it's sad to see his designs shortchanged through whatever Takara has been doing as of late.
I'd be really surprised if we see it, this thing has been rumored for the past 5 years or so and still nothing aside the portrait and intakes that came with MP-44

Has it been rumored that long? I was only aware of this rumor since last year from a Weibo post. Not sure who the source is though or their previous credits.
With even Arcee coming with four different facial expressions, it's definitely a given now that Starscream will too (at least!) Neutral Evil smirk Indignant shouting what else am I missing?
Good call. Something like this? Though that's quite similar to a 'shouting' face, maybe. This 'pissed off' face would be awesome too: I wonder if they'd go with two helmet styles, one more rounded as it was originally drawn? That would be the perfect way to allow the helmet from MP-44 to work too, if they use the same mechanism to swap things out.
