It's just funny as I get older, they dont necessarily get younger. I wouldn't say hotter than seven, but still a bit of a cougar.

Look up the movie Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins. Kate Mulgrew in a genuinely great role.

The first two or so seasons hairdo did Kate Mulgrew no favours, just as wigs do Patrick Stewart no favours. And I’d be very keen to see her in her younger years with the red hair she sports in Orange is the New Black.

Jeri Ryan is arguably the ‘hotter’ of the two, provided we ignore Roxanne Dawson because if we included her we’d be off to the races.

And now that I think of it, Kes’ actress got really beautiful in the last season she was in but sadly she went super cuckoo for coco puffs a few years ago.

Back in the time when the Voyager was made?

    Yeah. Kinda military MILF.

    Torres was a cutie.

    Kes too.

Seven never did work for me. Dunno why.

There's an episode of Dallas where JR gets off with a country singer played by pre-Voyager Kate Mulgrew and to this day i'm still surprised that nobody has used that for a Star Trek meme or video edit.

Yeah I'm talking when Voyager was made not now. And yes mainly season 3 or so onward. Early hair was awful. I always forget about Torres because she was quite tasty under the make up. Kes never did much for me.
And while we are at it...the gal who played Jaadzia Dax....mmm! Old man at heart

Not unexpected, Terry Farrell was a model in her early career. Mind, I have a soft spot for Tasha Yar, I like fighters.

The truth about humans is that they don’t care what the truth is. They just want to believe what they like, and they will ignore anything else regardless of what counter-evidence is given to them. It’s just a part of human nature.

I can’t stand it. I can’t live knowing that I may be lying to myself just for the sake of comfort. The world is, what it is. Theres no changing it, and your feelings have no impact of what is factually so.

The ironic part of what I just said is that tons of people in this world will agree with me, but only because they believe they know what is right, regardless if it’s just what they want. I always find it very amusing to watch people agree with you and agree with you as long as you say things they like, then when you don’t say something they like that follows the exact same line of thought they take it all back.

A way that I try to overcome that personal struggle is by trying to adhere to the right is right no matter who says it principal. (not that I'm perfect at it)

Even if it's someone that you hate if what they have said or done about a particular thing is right than it's ok to admit that. How they use it is another thing.

It doesn't serve anything good to blindly attack whatever a person says or does just because you have hard feelings towards them. Like opposition just for the sake of it. If we think about it that is just dumb and self serving.

Retcons aren't always bad. I personally loved the Potara retcon in Super. Made more sense to me than Buu's stomach acids or whatnot separating Vegito.

I'm okay with canon, but having it be "One canon or die" is a horrible way to do things. I personally prefer a multiverse canon for everything. Just don't go TOO crazy with the multiverse *Looks at DC comics and Marvel*...I don't know if I should give them a pass because of how old they are or not....

Didn't she (as in Denise Crosby) bail in Season 1? :p

Sadly yes, she did. I mean her departure meant more characterisation and episodes for Worf so it wasn't a total loss but I'd really like to see the alternate universe version of TNG where she stayed

It might help persuade someone see it or buy it. They're not saying you have to like it. Once they have your money, the advertising has done its job.

Everyone always complains about the Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB and IGN reviews but usually they're spot on. Like anything else there are exceptions but, usually, like 95% of the time, if they say a movie/game is shit it's because it is. And if something scores high it deserves it.

What RT did to Dave Chapelle was f*cked up but as soon as they allowed others to review it the number went where it should have been. They were just trying to play politics there.

I agree. Some people believe retcons are always bad storytelling. As long as they're handled tastefully and are in service of something good, I'm all for them.

i dont care kobe died. not that i wish death upon anyone, but im not suffering grief like the general public not affliated with kobe and his camp is. i empathize and sympathize more with his daughters loss. i never like to see the young go when they have their entire life in front of them. when i think of kobe, i think of that alleged rape case. nba fan btw...

    am i a bad person.

    im more concerned about coronavirus

Loosing Kobe to me, was almost like having a family member die. It's weird cuz when 90% of famous people die, it doesn't faze me much at all. But this was different and the fact that his daughter died is even more gut wrenching. And I'm no Laker fan. Coronavirus is barely even a blip on my radar. Just another thing that's not happening here.

I'm so sick or Kobe being all over Facebook and mentioned nonstop every single time the news is on. Newsflash, plenty of people die everyday. I feel bad for his family but in NO way am I affected. Neither are you. Time to move along.
Oh yeah hold on, let me throw this ball. KOBE!
