1 set at Target in Happy Valley Oregon tonight. I bought Lego Mandalorian Battle Pack instead. They also had 12+ Cyberverse Hot Rod/Sharkticon sets.

I wish these WERE only $19.99 around here. My Targets all have them at $24... which I can’t quite rationalize, even with the BAF parts. Especially since I know that if I get one, I’m pretty much committing to all eight.

That's odd. They're $19.99 here at Target. That $24 is an error. Not sure how kindly they would take to fixing the price tags, though.

I bought mine for 20% off and free shipping a little over a month ago from Google Shopping promotion.

I picked up BB today and was very pleasantly surprised by the engineering on him. The torso transformation is very nice the way the center section of the hood collapses into his torso and how the head folds back so it's basically behind the windshield in vehicle mode. The added articulation is great and the colors are very nice and I didn't realize he'd come with an actual GUN accessory. I kinda figured it'd just be his bladed knife...stinger thingie. I have no issue with the shoulder kibble as things are designed to move out of the way so it's no worse than Siege Springer really. His joints are tight and he looks great in either mode.

My biggest issues are that the yellow plastic isn't opaque enough. Any light from behind and he looks like he's glowing yellow. The plastic should have been more solid colored. Additionally I would have liked a bit more paint like, on his rims for example or some black trim on his head. Also I don' really care for the BAF and would have liked the budget to have gone elsewhere.

Still, all things considered, I like this. It's a nice desk figure and I'll be picking up Optimus and maybe Arcee and Hot Rod if they are as good as this.

Hasbro Toy Shop restocked their Cyberverse Deluxe listings on Walmart.com and Google Shopping. Make sure seller is Hasbro Toy Shop. Free shipping as well. Each is $19.99.

The blaster stores under the hood area (undocumented) via those small rectangle pegs.

Optimus is the best wave 1 Deluxe figure, so get him while you can.

Saw these for the 1st time in person a few days ago. They're priced $5 too high IMO, I don't think the giveadamn BAF component is worth the $5 extra. These also look pretty cheap, clear plastic for certain parts like windows and lenses would've worked wonders.

Well the two Optimus Primes I had spotted had some paint defects I didn't like so I'm waiting until I spot a better one. As for the gun storage, I spotted that in Peaugh's review. Very clever hiding peg, lol.

Agreed on everything but the clear plastic. F#*k that stuff. It falls apart way to easily.

You're not paying $5 for the BAF, you're paying $5 for a Deluxe class figure with a more complex transformation and articulation compared to a $15 Warrior.

I just want to know how Thunderhowl is and what he transforms into. With all of the Beast Wars references starting to pop up...I'm hoping against hope it's an updated Wolfang.

I grabbed a Bumblebee at Target mostly to check out the new line. I'm pleasantly surprised with it. While the plastic is a bit on the translucent side as people have said, it's not as noticeable as something like Reveal the Shield Windcharger. Joints are plentiful and super tight, the transformation is fun though not much we haven't seen before (I think the way the windshield and doors fold up may be new) and the overall quality is pretty solid. I like the tidy little alt mode, and it rolls well. I like the blade weapon with the removable effects part, the cool little handgun (I know people like big guns but I LOVE getting little pea shooters for variety - though I wish there were two). I don't have much use for Maccadam's ass since I wont be buying every figure, but I appreciate the concept.

Is it 'worth' $20? For me it doesn't seem any less worth the cost than other figures for $20 (Siege deluxe, SS deluxe, Black Series Star Wars, Marvel Legends). Prior to handling Bumblebee I was skeptical of the line being worth $20 (Cyberverse has generally been 'less great' than the main line), but if they are all on at least on par with Bee than the price checks out.
