    Sort of off topic to what's being posted right now, but I'd love it if we got a full fledged "Generations" Beast Wars line. Too bad Beast Wars probably isn't popular enough

    Is the red and blue BM year of the monkey air attack Optimus Primal any good ?

    I never had the exclusive color, but I had the original air attack BMOP'l back in the day. It's got potential for fun... position-detecting sound effects, pop-out jet trail effect, jointed fingers, lights, disc shooter in the chest... IIRC a spring gimmick in one arm for punching action...
    But I got rid of it because of: the head's light gimmick left his shelf appearance like a skull face yelling all the time, the armor panels that cover the beast forearms amd robot shoulders just did not stay in either place, call me picky but I wanted gorilla jaw articulation (thanks PE!), i could never get him to look good enough in gorilla mode (dont see anyone posting pics liking it either)...
    And the one thing I wamted so desperately to ignore but couldn't: his gorilla butt cheeks are a flap right where the hood of a jacket would lay down. Almost like he could use his own butt cheeks like a camping pillow.
    I have this image that when the chimps start a poo-fling fight, that Primal is mimicking an archer reaching for more arrows.

    Edit: as for how much it's really worth... obviously my vote is "$not" But if you love Primal Prime, special editions, or bigger figures it hits all those notes so enjoy what you enjoy.:2c:

    I still want a full class of 1996 beast wars kreon set. I have the 1984 and 1985 sets and I love them, but I want Beast Wars dammit.
