I ordered the upgrade, but mine won't be here until saturday

 

I haven't ordered anything yet, but I can't stand the original combiner chest and looking forward to the upgrade.

 

I have Onslaught and the upgrade kit pre-ordered... at TFSource. So you know it's coming last. But I'm actually over budget this month, so if TFS doesn't get theirs until February that works for me.

 

Mine dropped to my stash. I shipped Incursus with Gravestone.

 

Mine too! I had a few things in there so I shipped it all out.

 

Currently blutac. I'm gonna look at sorting an adaptor out tho when I get chance.

 

Haha, I like both so I was fine ordering just Incursus from PSX since that was the fastest and cheapest option to get him. But I'll order the upgrade set from ToyDojo since it was $5 cheaper there. Yes, it eventually adds up so that was enough of a difference for me to wait.  

 

I ordered Incursus and the upgrade from Toydojo, hope he gets them in and sent out soon, I can't wait to get this guy.

I ordered the upgrade kit before I actually ordered Onslaught. The toon combiner chest simply doesn't look good (on all versions of Bruticus, not specific to Assaultus). I actually prefer the toon chest for robot mode, but would need the toy one for the combined chest. Hopefully it isn't too annoying to swap out. I also don't like the oversized eyes on the standard combined head. For me the feet and gun are just a nice bonus.

 

that flap that is supposed to go under the armpit which you have down by the bicep does it look like it could be easily removed?

USPS says Incursus is expected to arrive today but running late even though it still not out for delivery.

 

Well I was about to go to sleep but then this happened a lot earlier than expected.



- Pretyt much flawless tolerances across the board, everything works perfectly. One of the highest quality huge toys I've ever owned.
- Proportions completely fine in hand.
- Transformation very straight forward, he's basically all cubes n panels. Love how the side leg panels slide out spin and lock down again in particular.
- Metal ratchet hip joints in and out, plastic forward and back, both sets very sturdy. Shoulders, knees, forward ankles, mid thigh joints all ratcheted, elbows friction.
- Has a button release for his trailer segment, locks together well.
- Has a button on either side leg for pulling them down off the thighs, lock in place nicely.
- Swapping out parts from upgrade set incredibly easy. Combiner chest held on by friction pins, combiner head simply unpegs at the back. Onslaughts chest panels held on by single screws either side.
- Combiner shoes nice and sturdy.
- Thought those flaps besides his elbows might impede them a bit but nope! Just gotta bend the lower joint past the corner first and they're good to go for deep bend.
- Holy fucking shit doesn't hit you how big this toy is till you have him. Feels like I have another Carnifex/Starsaber now hah.
