I was hoping that a new trailer would be shown by now. But I suppose there's still time for that. Do we now if this will release all at once or weekly?

I don't mind waiting a couple more days. That trailer was damn perfect.

But seriously, the animation here is fucking gorgeous. They're really sparing no expense in that regard.

Disney has broken me. Time was I would've lost my shit over this. Now I'm just... looking forward to it. Nothing can really sour me to CW, but it's bittersweet seeing something SW that I genuinely like coming back in the midst of just utter crap only to go away.

Can't say I blame you. I'm honestly feeling pretty apathetic towards it and the would-be final season of the series myself. I think there's even a part of me that's just effectively falling out of love of the series, sadly. :(

I have been in this since the beginning, (The movie too) and own the blu ray season sets. Nothing will sour me on it, personally. Though I understand others feelings.

Yeah, I get it. People aren't happy with a lot of what has been done to Star Wars since Disney took over. This does have a bittersweet feeling to it, but at least we're finally getting a solid closing. I too have been on board since day one and there's no way I'd miss this, but I can definitely see how some would feel soured towards Disney Star Wars as a whole right now and why it would make them ambivalent to the return of Clone Wars since we know it will only be this one season.

I take each Star Wars project on its own merits. I have a lot of problems with the sequel trilogy, enjoyed Rogue One, haven't seen Solo, and have been really enthused about the Mandalorian and Rebels. Disney has made some missteps, but they've made some good content as well. That trailer has me really looking forward to finally getting that ending to Clone Wars that it needed.

I’ve been rewatching the entirety of the series in preparation for this, I’m on season 4 right now. I’m ready!!!

I wonder how Maul’s part is going to start out considering how Son of Darthomir went...

I mean the fact that Disney was kind enough to bring back Clone Wars to properly finish the series off this time when they could've just left it to rot is a sign that Disney is aware of the mistakes they've done with the sequel trilogy and this is one way to apologize to the fanbase. The fact that we also got some growing fan favorites such as Rebels,Jedi Fallen Order and the Mandorlorian are examples of good things coming out of the Disney owned SW era despite rocky decisions.

Hmm. Going to have to see how that plays out. Could it be that some of the things that happen in the Clone Wars season finale take place during the early parts of Revenge of the Sith prior to Anakin's fall?

We’ll see. But in any case, I’m just going to roll with it. Love this show too much.

IIRC that is exactly what was supposed to happen back before the final season was shelved. TCW final arcs would be "away" from ROTS while occasionally cutting back to it, specifically the Ahsoka vs. Maul story ending with Order 66 going down.
