I wish I could have memorable days I'll never forget.

I can barely remember the day I got blackout. All I remember is, i got 3 days off from work for a personal family matter. On the last day when my collector store was getting in all new stuff, I waited all day for that phone call. Spent most of the day watching Men in Black.

 

Welp since my local Walmart has the jankiest damn restocking times I said fuck it and decided to order a SS figure off Amazon. Should be here tomorrow so yay!

 

If this happens, and the box set is near the end of the line, it'd be an awesome way to end an epic line. I love Studio Series and it'll be a shame to see it end however it will eventually end one day. It has to have the best send off ever.

 

This is the pickle I'm in right now. I can't get scrapmetal off of my mind even if I tried, and I can get him online for about $40, with shipping too. I just KNOW for damn certain that once I purchase it for double it's standard retail price I'll find it in stores. So I'm not sure what road to take.

 

Oh i agree Studio Series is the best line ever to me and in part what keeps me into collecting Transformers.

 

I second that. To me, studio series is like wishes, requests and dreams coming true.

 

Rare finds. Scale background fodder for Bayhem scenes. It's quite easy to find various sports cars in different scales. But finding a 1/27 Chrysler minivan or 1/28 Mini Cooper is something to jump on. Regular cars in MPM scale.

I ordered the new Studio Series Bumblebee yesterday from Amazon and Mom got an e-mail this morning from them that said it shipped. I hope it arrives tomorrow and is correctly assembled.

 

Have people been getting him messed up? First I'm hearing of it.

I've been tempted to invest in them, but I can't bring myself to spend $30 on just the hands. The rest of the kit doesn't really interest me

 

There are posts several pages ago from members who got a copy of SS-49 that had some assembly errors.

 

Yeah, I would have escaped the addiction of collecting (probably) if SS didn't come. Now that it's here, I'm collecting many of the figures (which are all fantastic in their own way) with everyone on this thread! As @Lazerwave said, SS is really here to make our dreams come true. I thought that SS would only last 2-3 waves... But look how far we've come! And we are nowhere near the end.

 

That's an amazing haul. now for the hardest part - who to open first?

I was planning to slow down after Prime Wars, but Hastak brings out Studio Series so here I am still going strong in the collecting game  

 

Well I'll have to check my Bee if he gets delivered today. Soundwave is a beast tho!!!!
