I just finally finished my Kronos this weekend. Combined mode is definitely where this guy shines. Having slowly bought the bots to put him together over a couple of months and getting to handle each fig. It seems Zeta spent all their fit and finish budget on Airstrike. He is the only one that really seems like a solid figure on his own, but this is the reason I got this set anyway. Kronos is solid like a rock and very stable.

 

Any issues with the landing gears on Downthrust and I think it was Airstrike too with that spring functionality?

That's what I got from the video reviews as well that Air Strike seemed to be overall better and in addition, Downthrust being the lowest of quality. It also pretty matched my experience when I finally got the set too. As well, the combined mode is what everyone seems to talk about and most displayed mode out of them all.

If Zeta ever fixes the head sculpts on one or two of their jets and go more slavish toon, I may give this set another try. I really do want a second set of Aerialbots.

 

No issues with landing gear on those. Downthrust just has a really loose backpack on mine and the back leg panels have to be squeezed hard to get to lock. Silverarrow is ok besides his backpack. The ones that are really janky in my set are Firefly and Catapult. Their chest pieces and heads like to untab in bot mode and their feet kind of suck, but are solid in their limb mode.

 

If you read back, Downthrust with the legs/knees has been a common problem with some not having that issue at all. Firefly and Catapult I don't recall hearing those issues.

Which bot comes with combiner parts?

 

Silverarrow(Silverbolt) comes with all the parts. His box is pretty big. It is the reason why he is a little over double in price then the limbs.

 

Well Show-Z have dispatched Zeta Toys ZB-06 Superitron! Lets hope it is in line with X-Transbot's excellent Stunticons.

 

Just got my ship notice and tracking info from Show-Z. First time buying from him, so I don't know how long it will take. A few weeks at least i'm sure. Looking forward to getting Superitron though.

It depends. I've gotten stuff from them in a week. I got stuff in 3 weeks. It depends on what service they are using and how long it gets held up in customs.

I crap you not one item I ordered from them before got to me faster then BBTS and BBTS is only one state away from me.

 

Got my shipping notice from Show-Z too and it's also my first time buying from them. I can't remember the last time I was this excited to get a package and I'm not even a huge Superion fan I just think it's a beautiful set.

Can I ask to see this please? I'm curious but when I click on it it tells me I can't view it.

 

I got my shipping order as well. Show Z doesn't have any control over the shipping time. I've gotten stuff in as little as 13 days and as long as 46 days. unfortunately customs seems to be the bottleneck. Hopefully with the holidays over(state side) it will not take too long.

 

It's funny you say that because that's the exact reason I got it, never was a big Superion fan, but I love the combiners. And this one looks great.

This isn't my figure. I got the set the other day and I am well impressed. It's in place but Superion is currently headless because I had the non G1 head on him, plus I need to insignia. When I have done that I'll post mine too.
But you can see the chest plate and leg covers here, and he does both white and grey offerings of the chest plate. Hell he'd likely do grey legs too if you do desired!
