For what it's worth Isabel Lucas looked great in ROTF. I'm not sure I can judge any of the other non-human transforming female robots cause that's just weird.

 

After seeing that last photo, I hope she sued her plastic surgeon.  

 

Shatter probably has one of the best designs they could give a female bot in movies. Not overtly feminine, intimidating as a Decepticon, and has a lot of interesting design quirks that make her stand out.

Strongarm and Stardrive are also good fembot designs. I'd ditch the robo-lipstick in favor of just drawing it so that they look like they have lips, if it's absolutely necessary for them to have visible lips (plenty of male bots have gotten this treatment, after all).

The original G1 female transformers are a bit...Well, they're not super varied. I think Arcee was probably the best of them, but at least while designed to be feminine, they weren't humanized to bizarre degrees. Don't get me wrong, I like Blackarachnia as a character, but her original designs were a bit odd with how much they emphasized that she was female. Curiously, while I'm not a fan of the design overall, her Beast Machines design is a bit better about that (but also justified, since that form was techno-organic and at that point her gender might have actually been biological, not programming or personal identification).

Shatter has a ninja-ish design too. Before the toy of her had come out with her damned mask. I was considering grabbing one to customize into Nightbird.

Any, provided that she A: doesn't have lip paint, or B: if humanoid, has as much sexual dimorphism as reasonably possible for body type.

I find it odd that the female transformers in the Bay movies weren’t overly sexualized. I guess they were killed off with barely any screen time, though.

 

I like all of them. I think the pink & white deco on G1 on Arcee is nice.

 

I like Energon Ariel and G1 Arcee.

Thunderblast is pretty good too.

In terms of just liking a cool design? PotP Elita One. Seriously. I love that she got this bruiser looking mold and is taller than most Classics Optimus Prime figures.

 

I am going to assume this means "best looking female Transformer design" 'cause any other interpretation is creepy AF. That said, the Takara version of Generations Windblade is easily the coolest looking female TF in my collection. MP Blackarachnia is a very close second.

 

Arcee tends to look really good in most incarnations. I actually think G1 is one of her weaker appearances but her updates in both Animated and Cyberverse are amazing


That said I think her Prime redesign is among the best


I also love how they made the bulkier Transformers design work for Strongarm


Road Rage is a character I'd love to see more of. Especially in a major role


As for Decepticons, Slipstream is a real good looking Seeker

And finally Shatter, who's easily one of the best looking Live-action 'Cons
