This lil rascal simply climb on anything higher than his ear level.

One day ,he happened to slip into my car while I was on my way to work. Only realized after driving 20miles on the freeway. Had to take him to office,but left him in the open field because my work doesn't allow that much freedom.

After 6 hours of works, I dashed out to see how he was doing. Seems that he waited for me under a car and gave me a chase after seeing my sneakers from under the car. Amazing

My youngest fell into my bath when she was younger and doesn't like for me to bathe her but loves getting a bath at the Vet. ‍

I’m worried about my cat Honey. She is rolling all over the floors, yowling, her muscles are twitching, and she is hissing now. I want to help her, but we can’t get her into a pet taxi to get her to the vet. I wish I could help her out...  

 

Little Dude, you washed up on our shores, and eventually became part of the family.

We were happy to vacation with you on Cape Cod, see Maryland, visit Vermont, travel up and down the Eastern Shore, crossed the Chesapeake Bay through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel with ease more times than some people ever will in a lifetime.

Yesterday, we went through the options. Surgical intervention not an option as you had to be brought out early of your procedure. Medication wasn't one either as we tried countless antibiotics. And chemo? No way in hell, Dude, I loved you entirely too much to ever consider putting you through that hell at your age.

Hard decisions had to be made.

We will all miss you, honestly, I miss you already.

No more dialysis for Mummy. Those alarms have been shut off.

Now, no more alarms for your pain meds or your insulin. This is shit dude. It really sucks.

Mummy has Missie. Now you. Had the feeling this was going to happen.

Pain was never part of the plan. And judging by the way you were feeling free this morning, on all the pain meds, you must have been in a quite a bit. I'm sorry.

You weren't ready to go, I know, I prayed you'd slip away in the night, but I never do seem to have that kind of luck....

Instead, I hope you forgive us for letting you go, and I pray the love you felt mitigated the abuse you suffered before us.

I know Dad was waiting for Mummy, and as you slipped the mortal bonds, I hope you just stepped in the hallway, she turned, and all you heard was, "Buddy."

I'm not sure what to post.
I'm not sure how to say this.
One of our kittens - we've only had these guys for a little over a year.

But he's been having problems. And I'm terrified that we're going to lose him.

This beautiful boy. We got an appointment set up for him tomorrow but he stopped moving around and now he's having convulsions.
We already lost a cat this way, started having problems and we acted too god damned late to do anything for him. He reminds me so much of that little kitty - and I can't...I don't think I can go through this again.

EDIT: An update.
He's at the vet right now. He had some kind of blockage that was keeping him from, uh, going. He'll probably be there overnight while they work through this. I just want him to be okay.
An update to the update. He's going to be okay! Poor baby's in recovery right now. I'm just glad he's gonna make it out of this. Gonna be some changes to his diet so that he gets everything he needs - more water, more soft food (and that means more for the other three as well).

 

Sometimes when I see a cat pic, if they could talk, I sense they would sound like Shere Khan from TaleSpin.

 

So just after one cat problem was solved (or at least we have the solution now), another cropped up.

Our oldest cat has throat cancer. It's gotten bad - he's not eating and he's barely breathing. It looks like we'll be saying goodbye...
He's had a wonderful life, he's the sweetest and most wonderful cat we've ever owned. And when he goes, I hope it's in peace. I just wish we had more time. I thought he had more time.

 

I'm so sorry. That is the hardest thing to face.

 

I feel so terrible. These are the only pics I could get of him - both of the last two days.

There he is, the night after we found out. God my phone camera sucks, and the lighting didn't help.


And here he is from the previous day. His last day. I don't think he's going to make through the night, but even if he does - he's going up to be put to sleep tomorrow.
